This restaurant doesn’t have much food options. I had a bad experience with one of the bartenders he was giving a lot of attitude to my friend who used the bathroom yelling at him for locking the door when the bathroom looks like a one person bathroom with a lock. Anyway it was our first time here it would have been nice if he explained it nicely instead of giving attitude and attacking my friend. Never coming back don’t recommend!

First time having branch at Bandit and the service was great. I ordered Chicken and Waffles, however I wasn’t aware that it’s served with chili sauce on the waffles. I thought the chili sauce was causing the waffles to taste sweet, unfortunately I asked for another order without sauce and it tasted like cake instead of waffles.

Bandit's food and service were incredibly disappointing. I've been here for drinks on two occasions and I also like Bar Siena, Siena tavern, and Barrio. The cinnamon roll was good but took me two times to ask the server (she didn't even remember me asking for it the first time) for butter before I got it. The egg sandwich was tasteless as were the steak tacos. The meat didn't even taste like it was marinated or seasoned. The Nashville hot chicken was just ok. Also, we were charged for fountain drink refills. Simply tacky if you ask me. Beyond disappointed in this place!!!

The drinks were good and loved the shrimp tacos.

All of the fried goodness that I ordered was delicious. We especially loved the Kung Pao Cauliflower and definitely recommend. I've only been there twice, and each time, the server was outstanding! I personally really enjoy the espresso martini too!

Terrible service. It took our server more than 20 minutes after getting sat to come talk to us. Everytime we ordered a drink it would take 15-20 minutes to get to us. It took another 15 minutes to get the check after asking for it, then another 20 for her to run our cards. I've worked in the service industry in Chicago for about 15 years, and this was some of the worst service I've had since things re-opened from covid.

The food was underwhelming and did not taste fresh. We had the mimosas for brunch and they were pre-mixed and warm, which is probably why this is one of the few bottomless spots that's not even half full for brunch. The service carried the experience—very friendly and attentive.

Almost everything about this place is wonderful. Food is great, casual and not unreasonably priced. Big fan of the brunch. My only gripe with the place is that the phone DOES NOT WORK. We had a minor snafu and I needed to talk to someone at the restaurant and the number does not work. Tried three different phones over the course of two days. I literally now need to drive back to the restaurant to get the issue resolved. The issue is my fault, not theirs so I can't be too mad, but come on. How to you have a published phone number and it doesn't work. Other than that, do go there! Grab a delicious cinnamon role, a fresh salad or a burger to share!

We loved it there, food was good, short ribs with fries, what else you could want. As well the gold diger drink was really tasty.

The ambiance was nice, and the service was excellent. It's a modern take on a dive bar with comfort foods. The food and drinks were DELICIOUS and at a good price point. We had such a nice time. The only negative feedback was that parking is scarce and the location is busy. I would recommend taking an Uber/Lyft.

The past two times I’ve been here for the mimosa brunch were great. But recently me and 3 others came here to celebrate st.patty’s by getting bottomless mimosas. Keep in mind we had made a reservation. Everything was going great until we were told that another reservation was overlapping for the table we were at and we were moved to another table. The 2 hour bottomless still wasn’t over. Once we moved to the other table we once again, started getting told to leave since the new table we were at was going to be occupied by others. Towards the end it felt like such an unwelcoming atmosphere which is disappointing because this was my favorite bottomless brunch spot. I’ll be finding another bottomless brunch spot.

3% surcharge to offset “rising operating costs in the industry”. Removed upon request.

The food was good one member of our party walked in at 11 and the chef allowed her to order. Prior to that when we walked in there wasn't a host present so we sat our selves. After sitting and ordering the host came over and asked us to move to another table. After informing our waitress how we felt about the move and the treatment we quickly picked up on the fact that she didn't care and wasn't really excited about serving us. Lauren's service was terrible. We paid with an American Express but we were forced to leave a tip that reflected the service we received. Please do better the dj was great the music was just really loud.
