Poor service and manager is rude!!!!!! I would have not gone to them except they have a drive thru... but will not be going there anymore! He got mad because I asked the employee a question about my order and proceed to get mad at me and the employee this is poor judgement and crazy behavior. This person can be rude at the unemployment line if it was up to me.

Oddly enough, a frequently poor experience at their other location on Broadway has compelled me to write a 5-star review for them too. I'm somewhat of a creature of habit with my coffees -- an iced coffee with oat milk and some sweetened syrup, usually whatever is in season. This location has always been consistent - the iced coffee tastes full-bodied and not watered down (unlike the Broadway location), and they add the accurate amount of sweetened syrups when I ask for it. Service is always friendly and accommodating as well. We're so happy to have found a Dunkin' we can call our "go-to" around here as newer residents of the neighborhood!

DO NOT order cakes from here. They will not prepare your order per your requested time, nor call you ahead if your requested items are missing. Completely unprofessional

The ice cream at this location is as mushy as soft-serve. Sloppy and drippy. Too bad. I like their flavors, but hate scooping up melted ice cream in a spoon to eat it. Glad I didn't get a cone or it would have melted all over me.

Went at about 10 pm and only the drive thru was open. Just one person working so service was a bit slow. That said, the order was handled correctly and the ice cream was absolutely delicious!
Employee reacted shocked and scared at my request for a chocolate donut. Calling the cops claimed no Donuts available and picked up her cell phone to call the police. Was it because I was Latino? Did not get a donut. Just an irrational hysterical response from their employee.

Employees can only use female restroom and customers have to use restroom. The men's urinal was overflowing with water. As a female I pissed in it, no soap or paper towels.
