got An ice coffee and as I'm taking a sip I felt something off, it Literally had little black stuff underneath with a small bug/ worm type. worst Dunkin' Donuts I've gone to, it's a dirty place.

When I arrived at 9:30 pm, the doors were locked. The lady inside said, 'We are closed,' even though the posted timings clearly show 10 pm.

Terrible customer service, I order a hot caramel latte, medium size and I received an iced latte when I ask them to fix it they do it but they give me and the small size I asking this is the medium size and she said no you order an small latte so I think they don’t know how to take a simple order, but if they don’t know how to do it, I don’t know why they do it there!!!!

I went to this one and pulled up in the drive thru at 9:40pm. Online says closes at 10pm. After I sat for 5 mins they decided to put a boars in the window I guess indicating they were closed. I guess this Baskin Robbins just closes when they want

They sell bakery that is days old and hard while lying that it was just delivered..Ice cream area messy and unclean. No sales person by the counter to service indoor clients unless you call for one. Otherwise employees pass you by as the line of clients is invisible or non existent. Table outside the facility also left messy, rarely clean. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

this is the worst drunken do nuts the out side is dirty the front looks like some one had a fight also strange bums are out there beware you mite slip on a piece of pita bread with mayo tomatos and a garbage can with garbage heaping over as you enter the garbage is heaping over in side as well this place is also dirty inside there is a brown metal panel by the counter waiting to fall it you tell the people that work there about it its like whats it to you well it is getting worse not some place to fine dine

My review of this location changes each time I come through the drive thru. Rarely would I give them 1 or 2 stars. Depending on the time of day, the line can get long, but it's never bad enough to leave me complaining. I generally order an iced coffee and it tastes great. Be sure to download the Dunkin' Donuts app for deals and free drinks!
Multiple times I have gone to this location because it is closest to my house. It always smells like urine around the building. It is never clean outsides. The staff were not wearing masks. My coffee is never made right. My sandwich multiple times has been incorrect and they make no effort to fix it no matter how many messages you leave or what time you go in if no "store manager" is not present. Do not go here. It's a waist of your money and time. I will be going out of my way to get good coffee and a properly made sandwich. I also never get a receipt and I see why. So I can't complete the survey to let corporate know how awful they are really doing.

I came around 6 pm. Frick and Frack were working. Waited at intercom in drive thru. nothing. didn't know if it was broken. drove up to window (huge pothole on left side by swere, watch left tires....)I get up to window, both Frick and Frack are waiting for me, Frick had a nasty look on his face and said why didnt I order at intercome. I said no one said anything. Frick makes an even nastier look and says, man we were busy"...walks away. I say is it a problem. Frack, who is at the register, says "yes, it actually is a problem." So I drove away, never to come back again.

They continue to get drive thru orders wrong. My kid wanted a chocolate donut. I wanted a bagel egg sandwich. Vanilla donut and a croissant, coming right up! This isn't the first time and I'm done giving them second chances. Such a joke. No surprise they don't answer the phone. If you still want to visit this location, remember to check your order before you pull away.

If you want your order to be correct, find another Dunkin'! Today was the last straw! In the past I ordered sesame seed bagels and received cinnamon raisin, my coffee is often times wrong like today! Even though my cup says it the right way, it never ends up being correct. Today... in the snow.... I ordered drive through bacon wrap and hash browns, my bag had no hash browns so I had to park the car and go in, and then they thought I was lying and had to recheck my bag. Come on! Do better!
