Easy quick and delicious. It's something about a place that has perfected their dish and this birria is perfect. I'm a fan of a restaurant that smells hit you before walking in the door. We were greeted with delicious meat seasoning and cilantro. The team behind the counter were friendly and kind with my limited hearing and accent understanding...lol. I ordered 4 quesabirria tacos and a beef cheek taco?. Everything was plentiful and delicious. We were stuffed after the tacos and can't wait to go back. The meat was very tender and pulled directly from the bone when ordering.
