Husband and I went here before seeing Blue Man Group as his birthday celebration.This is a lovely, small, quaint restaurant. The ambience was great: quiet, romantic, great cool jazz music in the background playing. The wood walls are stacked with several wines. We were early for our reservation, but seated right away, as it was not crowded (unfortunate for such a lovely place.)We split the gnocchi as an appetizer. It was hot and delicious. We split the Tagliolini Bolognese as our entre. It, too, was delicious and was very flavorful. For dessert, we ordered the baklava and it was great and we also received a free creme bruleé since I had mentioned husband's birthday. The entire meal was nearly perfect!Highly recommend this little gem!

The server, Kevin, was very polite and professional and knew what food to recommend us. This restaurant is 10000/10! The food was so DELICIOUS for a very fair price. Everything from the appetizers to the entrees was exquisite. I ordered the lamb and it's probably the best one I've ever had -- very tender and flavorful.We also had the opportunity to talk with the chef and we could see all the love and effort she puts in every dish. I will say it's very hard to find such a high quality restaurant, for such a fair price, that is open until midnight.

Black & Caspian is a super cute and small Mediterranean restaurant and wine bar. There's probably 10 or so tables in total. The food is absolutely fantastic. I had the mixed grills and every bite of meat was so tender. After closing it out with the trio baklava, I was very happy with all of my food decisions. The only knock I have is that the service is a bit lackluster. At times, it feels like you're forgotten about and we spent a long time waiting for a bill after we finished eating. As I said, it's not a huge restaurant, and maybe they were just a bit understaffed, but when the meal is over it's nice to be able to get out quickly.

It was just a little cold in the restaurant. The service was so nice but you could tell they were a little understaffed for the night. Completely normal thing to happen though and worth the wait!

The atmosphere was extremely elegant and romantic. I felt underdressed when I ate here. Our server was helpful, funny, and gave his personal opinion on which meals and drinks to choose. If you like a fizzy lemon infused drink the French 75 is the way to go, it does have a nice kick of alcohol. The creamy chicken curry with a bed of rice was outstanding I highly would recommend it. My friend got the lamb which I was told was delicious.Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free options

Very good service. The waitress was very kind and concerned about my wife and my experience. The food was good. I had the chicken kabab, and my wife had the lamb chop. However, I found the grilled calamari tasteless and rubbery. I was also looking forward to having the French onion soup on this frigid night, but it wasn't available. The restaurant should invest in an outer winter vestibule. The dining area isn't large, and our table was close to the door. Every time another diner entered or exited, the entire room was blasted with the freezing outside air. I wore my winter coat through the meal. Still, the tasty entree and great service makes this a good spot.
