Three may be too low but it’s nothing special. Certainly not bad but I may have had my hopes too high in testing out Chicago BBQ I read about in the hotel room while I was visiting the area. Meat was moist but a bit bland. The Chicago sauce may be good for its style but there wasn’t a whole lot on the meat. I may have docked it a star because both of the workers seemed like they would rather be somewhere else. Definitely not rude but just seemed disengaged. I wouldn’t stop anyone from going there so if you’re in the area and in the BBQ mood hit it up.

Brisket did not have any flavor or that smoke grill taste. Coleslaw was good. Macaroni and Cheese was extra dry stayed in oven too long. Elote was good. This was disappointing for 25 dollar meal.

Good customer service and great food. Prices are expensive but the staff doesn't make the prices. Brisket with the corn bread muffins .....Yassssss!!!!!!

If the customer service is bad it takes away from the whole experience of the food. It almost felt like me being there bothered the lady with the dreads. I'm not sure if this lady owned this business or is just an employee but the way she treated paying customers shows she doesn't care about the business. The location bring plenty of business but that doesn't mean you can treat customers like they are bothering you by wanting to support your establishment. I didn't have an issue with The gentleman and the lady at the register. I'd say this location needs some customer service training.

Sorry to say the brisket was very dry. The burnt ends where old and drowning in the sauce. Not good at all.

This place has never done me wrong. I'm now living a low carb, low sugar life so I had salad with pulled chicken, cucumbers and carrots. Delicious! The dressing on the side wasn't needed and I finished my meal feeling satisfied. Successful "compliant" lunch.
