I get it that mistakes happen, but this is my third time ordering from here on a delivery app where they have put pepperoni on my vegetarian pizza. All of the times it has very clearly not been on my receipt or the one that they tape to the box at the end. It’s really frustrating for a company that seems to pride itself on offering vegan and vegetarian options. We have always received a refund on the delivery app for it, but that’s not really the point. Last time it happened, we called the location and they just said “ok” and told us to figure it out through the app. Then it just happened AGAIN tonight. I love the food when made right but we prob won’t be coming anymore because it’s been such a waste and has even made me sick from the pepperoni being hidden under everything and my accidentally eating it. It’s honestly an allergy issue as well, so if you have allergies I would beware because they don’t really seem to care about dietary preferences or needs.

I know today was a crazy day for Blaze Pizza since it was PI Day. So when this happens everyone wants a good deal and because of that sometimes the stuff can be unhappy because of the quality of people that come in but Jordan C was very positive, out going, friendly, and always had a smile when talking to guest. So thank you JC.

The young man behind the counter was very nice on preparing my order. Kid was definitely hustling, and trying to lighten up the mood.Someone needs to fix that door lock as well, can’t imagine how annoying it is hearing that all day trying to work.

I use to like this place 7 to 10 years ago, but now it's whack. They skimp on the toppings and don't cut the pizza well. Pizza tastes mediocre and is flimsy. Some sections had bubbles and no toppings or cheese. Bathroom was also dirty and toilet not flushed. Gross.

Walking in, the employees are extremely loud and just goofing around. Came in ten minutes after my order was supposed to be easy and it still wasn’t ready. Good pizza, but terrible customer service. Only came because of the T-Mobile coupon, won’t be returning with that staff.

Literally can’t go wrong with blaze, the workers are very nice and have casual conversation with you if it’s not too busy. They’re friendly and walk you through the process. If you end up with a bad pizza it’s kind of your own fault for your own choices. While I do agree that they use less ingredients than they used to they’re more than happy to add additional with a simple ask.
