Local Vietnamese restaurant that has become our to-go in the area. I usually order beef pho noodles, noodle salads, and their shrimp spring rolls. Huge portions so I'm usually taking home leftovers or asking my partner for help. There's usually seating available with drivers coming in and out every so often for pick up orders. I personally haven't seen any groups hanging out with games but there are games and books available in their community bookshelf. Reasonably priced, consistent, comfort food that's nearby. I hope Bon Bon is here to stay! Especially because I'm curious about the rest of their menu (i.e. wings, loaded fries, etc).

Never again. We ordered our food in person, to eat in the restaurant. Forty minutes later, when the other three people have left, and were the only ones in the restaurant, we ask if our food is coming, it has not been made. They "had a rush."Just a refund. Nothing for our wasted time and their terrible service.Do not recommend. At all.

I was very surprised when I saw this place was a 3.9 because I used to live over here and loved the bahn mi’s.Today’s food was very subpar, though. Dry beef, overcooked shumai.. It was disappointing, to put it kindly.The wings were the best part and they were dry as if they were overcooked as well. Despite all of the overcooked food, my food was cold and my bubble tea was watered down. Which tells me that their online ordering system is wrong. They didn’t provide any utensils. Then to top it off, I asked for a non-pork egg roll or spring roll, and they just didn’t give me one. The person at the front didn’t say anything about not having any or asking about another substitute. Actually, the person in the front didn’t say anything outside of asking the name on the order, so customer service definitely gets a 1.I gave it 2 stars overall because I still remember how much I liked their bahn mi’s. I’ll probably just stick to those if I decide to eat here again.

This place is no good. I ordered the pork bahn mi. The bread was stale and the pork was tiny burnt pieces. I used to frequent this place often and hadn’t eaten there in a while, I was hoping it would be just as good. Unfortunately it just was not tasty.

Friendly staff, excellent food, have loved everything I’ve had here over the years. Every time I say “let’s get Bon Bon” to the husband, he lights up like a little kid, it’s such a treat.

I had high hopes for this place based on reviews and that there were always a couple people inside whenever I walked by. The people in front of us had ordered, we were still looking at the menu, but the waitress walked away and we waited to take our order but nobody came back until we rang the bell. I asked about the vegan bahn mi and if the bread had dairy in it, because having a severe milk allergy I always have to triple check. Sometimes places serve me something "vegan" and I end up having an allergic reaction due to their negligence. The waitress said "I don't know" and I said "can you check?" and she went to ask somebody in the kitchen. They also did not know. I asked if they had the package or know where the bread came from, she said "I don't know, let me call the owner" but the owner did not answer the phone. It baffles me that restaurants do not have a way to check these very simple things, and do not even know what they are serving people. It's a huge inconvenience for people with allergies just trying to get a bite to eat. I settled for the miso soup and a tofu fresh roll, which I had to get out of the fridge myself, and looked two days old. It was alright, I've had away better. The miso soup was awful. It was as if they took all the leftover broths they had and combined them at the end of the day. No miso flavor at all and a strange aftertaste. Worst miso soup I've ever had. I'm sure the other food is good, but I will probably never be back to try it. Wait staff was off putting and unhelpful, prices seemed decent though.

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. As a vegetarian, I've ordered from here a couple times and I love it. The vegan chicken wings are so good. And the lemongrass tofu bahn mi is amazing too!

Awesome chill place with great food. A must try. Their Gyoza is awesome, and so is their Banh Mi. Good seating for the space as well.

It is empty! I mean empty in this place. I ordered the Korean Chicken wings and they were not what they use to be. The chicken was not good quality and the sauce was missing it's kick. The staff at the time was super unhappy. I wont mention time frame incase they are still working there but employees complained of checks being short and tips being mishandled. it was actually sad to overhear and I have not retuned since.

Kept passing by and seeing onigiri (Japanese rice balls) on the window and finally decided to come in. They got vegan options! I messed up picking up my order an hr after i ordered. I'll come back and order again. The Korean style vegan chicken is BOMB ?. The sweet potatoes i needed to reheat or eat fresh, but I still liked them. They were soggy by the time I got them and can't hold that against them. The onigiri was fye ? Wrapped it with seaweed and ate it up! The pickled plum has a strong kick but I dig it. Omg the best part was Caprice (The cashier)! She was so sweet and is a fellow Anime fan and was in there playing Future Funk music. Auto 5/5 for vibes and service. Give that woman a raise! I'll be back to dine-in ?

Such a great neighborhood find! I just moved and brought my family here. Tim and Jenny were so thoughtful and welcoming. We got beef pho, bugolgi bento, and ginger chicken banh mi. The broth was a great flavor and the pickled veggies on the banh mi were fresh and delicious! I will definitely come back and bring friends.

Food is so good, I came back the next day! It's refreshing to find a restaurant to offer more vegan/vegetarian options than a salad or shitty veggie burger. In 2 days, we tried all vegan and vegetarian options, and everything was good. They have vegan pho....such loverly broth...we took some home for later. My only complaint...they have no vegan kim chi. My husband had the coconur curry bento box, which is really enough food for 2. Its not a fancy joint, but the food is good, and the people are happy to have you there!
