Walked in on a Saturday night and we were able to snag a seat in the back. It's a small space so there are seats all around the walls! The staff were friendly and helpful! You choose how big of a slice you want and you pay by weight. We got a couple slices - prosciutto, anchovy, sausage, and margherita! Loved the bread on this pizza! I'd probably skip on the anchovy next time, it was a little too salty for my liking. We also got the risotto and spaghetti suppli - they were ok! I liked the spaghetti one more than the risotto. Overall if i'm in the West Loop and want pizza, i'll return!

I would have never found this amazing little gem of a pizzeria if it was not for Yelp! There is a wide variety of pizzas, something for even the pickiest of pizza-eaters. However, the spicy eggplant 'za is where it's at!!!! It also happens to be vegan, but you would never know if it wasn't labeled. It does have little zip but not overwhelmingly so, and the eggplant is just perfect. YUM!! They also sell a selection of canned beers and wine. This is a very casual place with bar-style seating around the perimeter. It's unique in that you just say how big a piece you want, and they cut it (with scissors no less), and weight it. Price is based on weight. It is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it! Go here. Get the spicy eggplant. You won't regret it!!

Went in to see what the hype was about! Tried the sausage and mushroom, the arugula bufala with sun dried tomato, and the lemon zucchini with ricotta. All were good but the sausage and mushroom was especially good! The others seemed like they needed more salt. Regardless, the crust is Roman style but on the thinner side. Still light and fluffy but no crunch on the corners. Good if you're in the neighborhood but I wouldn't necessarily go out of the way. This is typically the case in the West Loop. The restaurants here get hype but fall short on expectations. Regardless, worth a try because we all have different taste buds! Ciao ciao

Deliciously fresh pizzas and great tasting suppli. The suppli were a little over-done on the outside, but still tasted great (they weren't quite burnt thankfully). Last tried this chain in Rome, Italy and this Chicago location didn't disappoint. If I had any complaints, it would be price--the pizza is a bit on the pricier side for how much you get.

Pizza is still good, but this location no longer delivers on the original light and airy crust. I don't think they are letting the dough rise enough. Also just some weird stuff after covid. At one point they told me here that pepperoni was synonymous with soppressata (sadly soppressata is no longer available and the pepperoni has too much garlic).

This place is great. It reminds me of a place located in Roma, Italy called Pizza Drinks & Foods. Pizza was flavorful and accompanied it with a Moreti.

There was a person in the location that made very strange and sometimes threatening remarks and gestures with me and my son. The staff seemed to know him... First time we experienced that at

I visited my cousin and she suggested we go to Bonci to pick up pizza. It didn't disappoint. Tons of flavors and the lady behind the counter was helpful and polite. We ended up with a wide variety of slices: cacio pepe, pepperoni, Margherita, sausage and blueberry, prosciutto, potato and cheese, and my favorite of all, onion parm. She spent $75 for two boxes of pizza and we reheated at home. So much food and we snacked on it for the next few days. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Chicago.

Great Roman style pizza. Very rich. Served by weight. It does not have tables inside. Bar with stools and tables on the sidewalk.

Great place for dates or any occasion really. They make all kinds of pizza, even throughout the day so what you get might not be available in a few hours. The pizza dough is crispy on the outside and chewy in the inside. The toppings all mix pretty well. You ask for which pizza you want and how much, you can mix and match as much as you want. They all cost around $15 per pound. They then weigh your slices and charge you. The pizza slices get baked and cut into bite size pieces. Seating is limited indoors but there is outdoor seatingVegetarian options: A lot of pizza don't have any meat on them.Dietary restrictions: May be vegan. Don't know if there's gluten free optionsParking: Lots of parking on Randolph, but it's paid and competitiveKid-friendliness: It's pizzaWheelchair accessibility: First floor, no steps

I've been here a few times now. I have a love-hate relationship with this restaurant. The pizza is initially delicious and then greasy and oily. It's sort of what might make it so unctuous and delicious. Today I made the mistake of sitting at the counter where they make the pizza dough in front of you. I saw them dumping a plastic jug of oil into the sauce they use, and into a squeeze bottle that they squeeze over the pizza when they make it. I got a look at it and it's 90% canola oil and 10% olive oil. Here's the question. This is really expensive pizza so I figured it was because they use premium ingredients. But they're using cheap canola oil in a plastic jug. confusing because the quality of the flour is amazing. Thing is that after I leave I desperately need to drink a gallon of water in fact all afternoon long. Pizza doesn't have to be bad food. It doesn't have to be junk food but it can be. I'm very disappointed that they don't use 100% olive oil you would expect they would. I can't really be a fan otherwise. Oh and by the way, lose the styrofoam water cups and switch to paper.
