The service was nice and the ambiance was amazing. Very cozy and warm. The lattes were delicious! I was surprised by the inexpensive price for the quality of the coffee! I would highly recommend this place for their coffees. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was alright, but I probably would not order again. Overall, amazing little cafe and I highly recommend taking a visit if you can!

I genuinely love this place so much, it's such a nice area to study and work. The ambience is amazing, as is the food!!! I especially loveee their breakfast bagels, I'm constantly craving them they're so good!!

Terrible experience! I ordered an iced latte and I was handed a hot latte. When I mentioned I wanted iced they said that's not what you ordered. My husband went back in and they again said that's not what you ordered.Their solution: I can charge you for another latte.Well, I guess this cup of ice (with no lid) and my hot latte will be the last from Bridgeport Coffeehouse.

Matcha latte was so bland. Tables were dirty. I moved to three different tables. Service was great but there are questionable people who are hanging out there so dont recommend staying.

So, this isnt really a disparaging review, rather a constructive criticism.I came in one day and my breath smelled apparently, so i overheard a short, mexican woman commenting from the on it while i was waiting on my food. Which, fair. I went home and brushed my teeth and went on with my day. Now, i went back there and i overheard herr saying that i give her the creeps, which I am autistic and i have trouble communicating cause of anxiety, and to overhear that does not seem professional in thee least. I have done nothing wrong to any of the staff except maybe act a little out of the ordinary.I did not appreciate that comment and just because i am atypical, that doees not mean i geet to be called a creep, especially in earr shot.Anyways, morning breath aside, i would appreeciate it if people wouldnt make disparaging comments about me, especially in a professional setting

The mocha here is average. It's tasty, but I've had way better with more powerful punch to the flavor. Hmmm. Maybe I'll be a coffee connoisseur next, but nah I get too much caffeine from green tea already. It does have alot of space in it, and I'm sure it's very popular to chill at.

Coffee drink was way better today. Service was pretty fast but I didn't order food. If you're ordering food better to order online for pick up. Pastries are sometimes on the dry side. Sometimes key ingredients for sandwiches are missing. Bathroom is usually pretty clean.

I truly enjoy supporting local coffee shops in Bridgeport, my hometown. This particular shop has been a part of the community for a long time, which is something I value. I've been a regular customer for a while because the coffee is decent. In today's economy, spending $6 on a cup of coffee is an indulgence, so I want to feel that my patronage is appreciated when I support local businesses. Unfortunately, on every single visit, the staff's demeanor has been unwelcoming, creating an unfriendly atmosphere. This isn't the first or second time I've felt this negative energy, and it honestly seems to affect the taste of the coffee itself. Despite my best efforts to be friendly and courteous, always smiling and saying "please" and "thank you," I haven't experienced any change. During my latest visit, the coffee and the vibes felt off again, so unfortunately, I'll have to find a warmer and more welcoming coffee shop for now

I've gotten the iced white mocha with oat milk a few times now, and it's been great every time! My last visit I tried out one of their cakes (unsure about the name of it, but it is round, chocolatey looking and with peanut butter I think), and it was super yummy. Definitely coming back for another piece.
