I saw a glowing presentation on YouTube and took a 40 minute ride to the Irving Park Rd location to check it out. I found out it was an old YouTube video featuring the origional owner (very successful for 41 Years). He's gone now and new crew was there. It was total chaos. As they say, "Don't quit your old job!" Soggy food: a WET soggy Chicago Hotdog, onion rings and fries) I was a really bad experience and a total waste of time and money.

Visited for the first time today and the food absolutely delivered. I got a single cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate shake and my wife got an Italian beef with Swiss cheese and hot peppers, DUNKED of course, and it was everything you could possibly want. 10/10 will be back again.
