This place is okay!! Came here on Sunday, 03/10. I gave service 5 stars since this barista was running around by themselves for a while and I think that’s why I was charged $9 for a ham & cheese croissant vs $5-$6 for the cranberry scone that I actually ordered. A very small iced coffee + scone shouldn’t have been over $13.

Great little neighborhood coffeehouse with friendly staff working there. It’s a great place to get a cup of whatever and hang out. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Wish they have few large sofas and coffee tables set up to truly turn this coffeehouse into a place to chill.

Chill coffee shop where the staff are friendly and know their stuff. I like pour over coffee and I think dark matter consistently delivers coffee with a lot of depth and a lot of flavor. The staff at this shop are really great. They have specialty drinks as well a good old regular coffee. I got the horchata latte iced decaf and would definitely recommend it. They have donuts and croissants as well.

I love dark matter coffee and I was so excited when I moved to Avondale and found out I would have it as my local location!!! Service is always great and truly a whole new world of coffee to experience for sure. Highly recommend any dark matter shop, but I stop here on a weekly basis. Got my boyfriend from out of state to fall in love with their coffee, slowly getting his family into it as well, lol.

Always amazing quality espresso! Shots are pulled just right and come out so smooth. My favorite specialty drink is the agave latte with oatmilk. The coffee bags and the atmosphere are filled with awesome illustration as well.
