Great carnitas, but was disappointed that they don't automatically come with tortillas when you order a few pounds to go. I ended up having to make an additional stop, so that was annoying. Overall, there wasn't much of a wait, so that was definitely a bonus!

Went here for a private party the food and service was very good. Will definitely go back to try thier food during normal business hours.Parking: It is all street parking and I did not see any pay boxes around the restaurant.
This place specializes in roast pork , one of my favorite foods . They served my food cold and not at all like I ordered . This is a spin off from Carnitas Don Rafa front the early 2000's on 47th and Kedzie . Nothing like the original . I was hungry and very much looking forward to eating what should have been a great meal . I learned my lesson , I'll never go back . PERIOD .Parking: On a busy street parking and metered .

I would say best carnitas in Chicago, I've been here multiple times and the food tastes like your mom or grandma whipped it up in the back. Food was the best every time never dropped on quality and the staff was always nice ♥️

The Carnitas…are the bomb! The rice n beans…basic n unflavored…flautas were burnt…not really full or flavorful…the salsa and chips were amazing…and the two ladies working in there were amazing! Great customer service! Oh yeah that Mango Margarita…definitely worth the money!!!

Ordered Carne en su jugo and a burrito de al pastor. They both were terrible gave me more soup than meat,beans and didn’t seem to have bacon at all. The burrito was missing beans inside and the meat had mostly fat and greasyParking: They don’t t have no parking lot and would to park in street or around the block.

Amazing food, great service, cannot get past how awesome the food was, I am stuffed full and so pleased. We apparently walked in soon to close but they serviced us so kindly we didn't even notice, tostadas were crunchy and delicious, and the steak tacos were well seasoned and didn't fall apart in your hands.
