I was helping my friend with a delivery order. I asked the cashier if she could put the order inside a larger bag so that I could hold the bag. She had the bag taped down so that there was no place to grab the bag at the top. I almost dropped the bag when she tried to hand it to me. She took the food out of the bag, put it in a bigger bag and then taped it the same way. When I asked her if she could just put the bag inside of a bigger bag so I could hold the bag she walked away with an attitude. The manager, I assume, comes to the window and tells me that she's already given me two bags and she's not giving me another bag yet i only had one bag. I don't understand what was so difficult about the request. If you're going to put the order in a bag and then tape it to where there's nowhere for me to hold on to the bag, how am I supposed to hold the bag. I explained that I had to hold the phone and the customer's drink and the customer's order to deliver the order and that I needed to be able to grab the bag at the top. Apparently that was too much for them. I will make sure that I never accept another order here. The customer service is horrific!

I love there fries and there drive through window is full autonomous. It hears you order correctly no matter how or what language you speak. It's the only restaurant drive through I gone that has this innovated set up. I really wish the owners would repave the lot.
Wouldn’t go here unless you’re planning on arguing with the rude workers, and the drive through is an automated system that messes up everything you say. Haven’t been for 6 months at least, the day I go back I remember why I stopped. Spend your $ elsewhere, the 45 year old burger flipper will make you wanna slap him .
