Came here during lunch and staff was very friendly and the food was delivered
Got chic fil a for myself and my niece. She came to me saying her nuggets taste funny. I opened one and this is what I see. Second time i’ve gotten uncooked chicken nuggets. Unacceptable.

Drive thru can be a little slow but hey you’re being lazy by doing drive thru lol, but the wait is worth it because the food is always delicious. And every drive thru employee I’ve encountered has been super friendly.
Unlike other locations this one doesn't serve meals on a tray to eat in, everything is bagged and no service brought to table. Also unlike other locations there is no self serve on the ketchup packets.

Going to give them another shot.Original 2021 review:Don't go here if you actually expect to get your order (or actually have it cooked).Placed an order via the app, pulled up and sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for the food. Order had said while I was on the way that it was ready.So why sit there for 20 minutes after indicating which spot you were sitting in if it was "ready"?Looked around all the other cars had been served and pulled away and I had still not been served.Decided to go through the drive-thru to get my order since you can't go inside because of COVID restrictions.Waited another 15-20 minutes until I got up to the window and when I finally asked the person at the window if they had my order they just showed me a bag and said "is this it?"How the hell do I know which order is which?Food was cold and ended up just throwing it outDon't go here. This place doesn't do Chick-fil-A justice.
