If you want anything other than half portions of every single item, including ones you paid extra for, go in and force them to do it in person or you'd better plan on getting a full meal from somewhere else, because you won't be getting it from this location

They got my order completely wrong. They added cheese to an order that was not supposed to have cheese and they did not give me the protein I ordered. Disappointed. Don’t order on the app, just order on the spot and make sure they get your order right.

they're undefeated at forgetting something or getting something wrong. Like, taco bell level mistakes. Never order online. Stand there in person or they'll give you the smallest portions you've ever seen.

Our delivery orders from this restaurant are wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME.Impossible to get a refund, only app credit. And since we pay extra for queso on the item, we just lose that money. Literally the worst.

Went in for lunch today and tried to order the quesadilla that I usually order from Chipotle and the staff told me it was only available online. So you can’t order a quesadilla because they make them in the back? Your staff were very nice about it but clearly management needs to get it together. I’ll be going to other locations from now on.

"I recently placed an order for three bowls at Chipotle, but only received two. To make matters worse, the bowls that were provided had the wrong names on them. When I returned to address the issue, the person in charge was very unprofessional and dismissive, repeatedly stating it wasn't their fault. I'm disappointed with both the mistake in the order and the subsequent handling of the situation. I expect better service and professionalism from Chipotle."

I arrived at this restaurant at approximately 6:48. When i got in line i was expecting a fresh and delicious burrito since i had just got off my 12 hour shift. When i got my burrito i requested a certain item multiple times but they ignored me and didn't add it. Then when it came to checkout the cashier was very rude. I thought i would let it slide since it was a long day for most according to the loom on every employee face. That's when i went to go sit down and all the tables and chairs were dirty. I went to sit down at the cleanest table i could find. That's when i unwrapped the aluminum foil covering the burrito and the burrito broke apart. The burrito was very poorly mad and low effort. Then the rice didn't taste like rice. It tasted stiff and unusual. My exceptions for chipotle are usually high but for today they're very low.

I’m poor. When I came here today I got what I always get. A bean and rice burrito. I get it because I know they will ring it up as two sides, not as a full burrito. Today the young girl who worked the cash register rang it up as a full burrito. I asked her to ring it up as two sides. She then tried to charge me for two sides plus another dollar for extra rice… because I had asked the nice woman who made the burrito if she could put more rice on it since I was only going to get rice and beans… only white rice and black beans! That’s it. That my order every time. The woman at the register made fun of me and said it was only an extra dollar. I guess she doesn’t know what it’s like to be poor, and I’m glad that she felt so comfortable trying to shame and overcharge me for my order. Think about how other people might feel. She seemed to hate her job. She didn’t know or care to think about my life, and how I was feeling that day. Why did she think a person would order the cheapest thing possible at chipotle and then argue about the price? Guess what? It’s not because I’m rich. Try to have some compassion next time. You never know what people are going through.

What an infuriating experience?! I honestly don't even know where to begin. It was chaos in there tonight. We love chipotle and go often but tonight was unlike any other. I would say on a scale of one to ten, one being extremely slow and then being incredibly busy, tonight probably landed on the four or five. As I stood in line I was shocked at not only how sloppy the bowls were literally thrown together but also the inconsistency in portions. We ordered two of the exact same bowls with brown rice, beans and chicken. My bowl was fine while my partners bowl maybe had a half scoop of rice and barely a scoop of chicken. While the girl behind the counter was putting the toppings on, the inconsistency again varied wildly, she was pulled in another direction and didn't make my partners bowl correctly. We got to the register(literally everyone behind the counter was so distracted) we told the person what kind of bowls we got and asked for two large sodas, which I guess she didn't hear. That's ok. We then ordered two large sodas and paid something like $7 only for this person to hand us two small cups... Then when I asked if we ordered large, she handed us medium cups... The entire interaction was bizarre. I asked if we had just ordered larges and asked for our receipts. Then asking for my receipts caused even more confusion. We got our sodas and left excited to get home and eat. Thankfully I tried my soda before we left. I wanted the aqua fresca but one employee was emptying the options out in one container, looking like it was headed for the trash(8:30PM mind you, they close at 11PM). I got a sprite and went on my way. Thankfully I tried the spite before leaving. The syrup was out. I told the girl emptying the aqua fresca and she starred back at me like I had two heads or something. I then tried the Mr. Pib. THEY SURUP WAS ALSO OUT. I told the girl again and she said, "huh?" I left not knowing weather to laugh at this situation or become irate. Lol. I want a refund for this awful experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
