I merely asked the server could she wrap my steak meat in some Aluminum foil and set it back on the Grill because while I was in the Line 15 minutes to order I noticed the Steak meat sitting in the the Bin was Pink on the Inside so the server turns to the Manager and asked was it okay to put my Meat back on the Grill for a Few minutes and the Manager responded NO to her I tried to explain that I was on my lunch and would risk getting back a little late if he would consider cooking the meat to my specifications and the manger replied with a more stern response of NO so I walked out. I believe if I'm willing to pay my Money I should be able to receive my food the way I prefer to have it Cooked I don't feel like a Valued Customer in that Particular Chipotle on 87th Street and won't be returning

The place is dirty. Staff Is very friendly. There was an hour wait for guacamole, brown rice and fajitas. The staff is very friendlyBut the story is very unorganized. There seems do be a structural failure with management.

I got 1 chicken bowl 1 chicken salad and an Al pastor bowl but was charged for 1 chicken 1 steak and 1 al pastor. The topping choices were limited and they were only accepting cards. I'll go back if in the area but will seek out different locations!

The line at 11am. On the door it says they open @10:30 This was such an inconvenience & the people in the line said this location always open whenever they want to. I don’t normally eat fast food, and when I do I like to go when it first open & the ingredients are the freshes so this right here was a kicker. lol I’ll never go here again.

This restaurant is the most unorganized and very unprofessional chipotle I ever been to. Every time they runs out of everything, locking doors to catch up with online orders! They need new management and team because this is insane! I will never come back again!
On today, the security guard physically picked up a woman and threw her out of the store for being upset about the wait in her online order. They somehow get the most overzealous security personnel. I gave the woman my number because I hope she sues Chipotle. It was terrifying how fast he escalated.

The delivery was fine, but the food was horrible more rice than anything.Vegetarian options: It wasn't the rights portions of meat was a little of steak in one bowl ,and a little of chicken and another bowl ,we asked for extra meat did not receive it Spent 38 dollars and some change on Uber eats.Dietary restrictions: Too much sour cream in One bowl.
