The service here sucked from the people working behind the counter , the food and the dirty dining area. My family and I wanted to dine in ,when I say every single table in the place was filthy , littered with food and the guy came out with a dirty towel to wipe table down and food onto the floor. Then there's the cashier HALEY with the bad attitude to be working with the public. Ask her a couple questions and her reply backs were unprofessional and a bit rude. My hopes that myself and family don't have to come eat in this establishment ever again.

Absolutely the most horrifically rude chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. Made an order for pickup and was yelled at by half the staff for attempting to pick it up from the shelf. Jesus

Unbelievable. I ordered for delivery, very simple order of three items - two of them being chips. After their status page is showing me that four different door dashers were picking up my order - I have screenshots of all - and for two of them to sweetly call me and tell me that the restaurant is telling them my order was picked up yet status page says otherwise, my order was canceled. Canceled 30 mins after it was supposed to arrive. I call the store and I end up speaking to some call center where they offer me a free drink for my inconvenience and letting me know that my refund will arrive back to my account in 3-5 days. No reason was given on why it was canceled but they had the nerve to tell me that I should contact Door Dash for more information. I ordered on Chipotle’s website, not Door Dash. This is beyond frustrating!

Poor sanitation practices. I refused to purchase the meal after asking the worker to clean the counter twice she just said “thank you for your suggestion” and proceeded to try to ring my order up. All of the counters were messy with spilled food.

My complaint is after I received an incorrect order, I couldn’t get it resolved because of their automated assistant chatbot. The AI isn’t working. Would’ve been nice to have an actual live person to chat with.
