First off this was the pizza I grew up on as a child living in Beverly. I moved away at a young age (still in elementary school early 80's) my brother passed in 2008 and when I came to Joliet it was still Chuck's that I wanted. Still delicious still so impressed. Fast forward to 2022 I moved back and my fiance ordered all kinds of pizza from the area. Good, some even great but nothing compares to Chuck's pizza!! I make the drive cause it's that fantastic!!

I've been going to Chucks since somewhere in my 20's,you can add 20 more on to that now. The pizza is very good and the sauce has a slight sweetness to it,but not too pungent. I add toppings to my pizza and I don't pay nearly as much as I would in other places. The pizza is always fresh and the entire pizza has toppings on it so definitely not getting cheated (as some places do). Lately they've been having a really good deal on Uber Eats so I've been happy about that. The only things that I would say has changed is the chicken wings. They've been on the salty side so I'll probably stop ordering those,but I'll remain a customer for the pizza. For 30$ I get a medium sausage and pepperoni with 12 wings.

My New Favorite Pizza Place To Go. I heard about them from my family and friends I just had to check them out. BEST PIZZA AND AMAZING BURGERS. The prices are even better. The guy even gave me free dessert to try out. I will be going back. :)

The communication and service was terrible. I placed an order at 4pm for two pizzas. When I arrived at 4:30, according to the staff they could not find my order. Okay, no problem things happen. They tell me it will be a 15-20 minute wait. I go back in after waiting 20 minutes and am told it will be another couple minutes. 15 minutes later I am still waiting for my pizza… I wouldn’t mind if the employee was honest about the time. I get it’s a holiday evening, but don’t tell me it will be 20 minutes and an hour later I’m still waiting…

we've been picking up pizza from chucks for about 30 years. I think Chuck is retired now and his family is continuing the business but for years he answered the phone with a warm smile in his voice. His family is just as nice and treat their customers like gold. it's a very modest set up, but the pizza is delicious and seems to be getting even tastier lately. Prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended for great pizza carry out and wonderful service.
