I think I've been here 3x in the last month or so. Really cute spot across from the park. Highly recommend an affogato with the whiskey cream gelato. The fruity flavors and chocolate are great too. Super yum!

I don’t like it. Not real gelato and the girl with red hair is very mean to me every time I come. One time I asked for a sample and she gave me a cup and I said no a sample and she got mad at me. The girl with red hair and it’s skinny is super mean I don’t like her at all!!!!!!

horrible there was a roach in my ice cream. The girl with red hair yelled at me and threw the ice cream at me because the roach scared her. It fell on her and she proceeded to kick me out.

This place has consistently been great from the beginning. I came when they first opened a many times since and have been blown away every single time. Nichole is so pleasant every single time and generous with the scoops of gelato. The gelato is flavorful. The orange juice is hand squeezed and taste like nectar of the gods!! The avocado toast is delicious and way cheaper than any place down Irving Park. I give this place a 10 out of 10.

My experience at ciao ciao gelatos cafe was different from any other gelato cafes, Nicole greeted me the moment I walked inside and offered free samples on the gelato flavors! She mentioned sea salt Carmel was her favorite flavor I gave it a try and it was so good!! Amazing service I will be coming back with friends and family!
