Yesterday me and my cousin went to enjoy ourselves last night at the bar…we first get there we was not attended to nor greeted…after 15 minutes the male bartender came and took our order I wasn’t ready to place my order so he said he would be back…. Then this gentleman offered to buy me a shot and asked the bartender Red to serve me and she told him that nawl we were good…I was like wow. I told the gentleman that it was ok and I tried to order myself a drink and see look me right in my face and proceeded to help the guest to the right of me…so my cousin tried to get her attention and was given the same treatment…so sad to say I received horrible service and never did get a drink

Hey what's up guys thank you for checking out my new review so let's get right into it my team and I were lucky for a while to chill have a few laughs talk s*** you know the regular the first place we went to close early so remember in Chatham call City Life restaurant lounge understand it's been years since I've been here but the last time I went I had a great time now with my team and I got there it must have been a birthday party and the older hostess didn't even acknowledge my team and I she looked at us as if we we're foreign or from another planet it took almost 45 minutes for her to even acknowledge that we were in need of service I was going to buy the first round of drinks for my team I almost left and then we'll be right knowledge her attitude really wasn't pleasant I get that one all the servers were working online register and I work in this industry of training bartenders and I've been on the other side as the server before so I will more than understanding that's why I didn't leave so another lady came in to assist us she got everyones order right except mine the lady apologize I still tipped her I believe in tipping for good service the thing I really noticed was her attitude was very Pleasant being a third server came in and she was phenomenal towards me and my team for the rest of the night I can't really give a review on the food we didn't have any food over there but the atmosphere and the service was good I give it a 4.5 like I said the only thing I didn't like is the first service attitude that really could have pushed me away if I didn't understand the business which was still no excuse for the way that she went about handling my team and I but no harm no fowl I still enjoy the rest of the night I would definitely be back hopefully they have the second register I'll be running so people can be attended to quickly and smoothly
