Service was very attentive bring refills of anything that we were out of/low on. We sat by a window and under a vent that was blasting air so we felt very cold during our meal. However the food was delicious which made up for it

Please don't close. You're our favorite restaurant. Is it our fault? Did we make you unprofitable by eating too much crab? Yes, we're a party who regularly ate five clusters per person. Now we're feeling guilty, but not too guilty to come and enjoy one more glorious meal at Crab Cellar before they close on November 20, 2022. Thanks for all of the great meals and wonderful service.

All the fun happens on the second floor. If you want to enjoy the All you can eat crab legs, a reservation must be made and paid in advance. This restaurant made me wish I had another stomach. The food was flavorful and it didn’t stop coming until you said so. Don’t be discouraged by the price point for the all you can eat crab legs. There is street parking but pay attention to the signs. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Valet is also an option for an extra charge.

Excellent if you love crab!!! 4 varieties of butter were piping hot. The jumbo shrimp cocktail were superb. Other side dishes were mediocre.

One hell of an experience, I've been planning to take a trip here for little over a year and they did not disappoint. If I lived in the area I would come at least twice a year!

Pros: phenomenal service and food. The service staff were super nice and accommodating. The endless crabs are such a great deal and they would come out fresh and hot. The waiters were very attentive and refilled our dishes immediately. The portions of sides and beer were also supreme. Cons: can be a little expensive but definitely worth the money if you love seafood.

Bairdi Crab legs(no more king crabs), Jumbo shrimps (they no longer have burgers and filet mignon). Their prices increased from $70 to $145 per person. Thank inflation. But food and service was excellent! Our entire bill came to around $400 for 2.

This was an excellent experience!!! Our server was named T and she was great. We started with bottomless schooners of beer, pro tip skip the beer, then crab dip, French fries and Mac and cheese were sent to our table. Stay strong avoid those carbs cause crab is coming. The crab was delivered hot and you need to crack the crabs yourself. The crab legs kept coming without question. I truly enjoyed this experience. Only one question left, why is it called crab cellar when the restaurant is on the second floor?

Love the crab legs. Make sure you come hungry. The sides are great, especially the Mac N cheese and the crab dip, but make sure you don't fill up on them. They got 4 different kind of butters you can swap between for your crab; Fresno butter is spicy and delicious but feels kinda heavy, garlic butter is probably my favorite. I usually don't like working for my food but it was fun to work with a bunch of tools to try to get all the crab meat in 1 big piece. My clumsy self ended up cutting myself, but the manager got me antibacterial ointment and bandaids, so glad they were prepared. Definitely gonna come back and see if I can eat more crab legs the 2nd time around.

I would give it 3.5 but I rounded up since I can't do half. The fact that it's all you can eat crab is amazing. The blue crab dip was great and the jumbo shrimp was really good too. The crab legs were huge but I was not a fan of the sauces. Which for me can make or break the experience of eating crab legs. The dips we not as flavorful and what I was expecting as described in the reviews.

I appreciated that they took us in 1 hour prior to our reservation. There was one other party when we got there. The crab was really delicious and huge! Wow! No skinny crab legs here! And it was warm!!! I felt fancy when our server put the bibs on us. The crab dip was delicious! We got 2 servings. The garlic bread accompaniment could've been at least warm. Seemed like it was toasted and then forgotten but we weren't there to eat bread so we left it alone and didn't say anything. They fries were luke warm. *sigh* The Mac n cheese was really good and piping hot. We got 1.of each butter dip to try and you could swap them out once you found the one you.liked. my favorites were the old bay and the garlic butter. The old bay round 2 wasn't as seasoned as the first round, so we asked for extra seasoning powder to add. My cocktail - Cape Cod was delicious and sweet. I could've had 2! And love the ice it came with. They make their cranberry juice in house so I think that's what made my drink so yummy. My only complaints are: 1. I didn't like having to pay in full through Tock bc they charge a 3% surcharge fee + order fee. I would prefer to book the slot through Tock and call the restaurant directly to pay over the phone. I think they could do like, if we don't call within 48 hrs to pay, reservation will be lost. 2. Because I had paid ahead of time for the food, I expexted the bill to be just drinks. But was given a full on bill. Tock and the system don't talk to each other so I had to pull up my email payment confirmation to show our server. He had to modify our receipt which was then followed up with questions. Eventually we got it sorted out. 3. When I called to ask what was included with the meal, the gal on the phone said unlimited draft beer like on the website. It says unlimited draft beer but no price next to it like the other beverages so yeah, it looks like it's included in the meal. When we got there, I was so sure it was included so I gently pushed back when our server said it wasn't included. and we went back n forth on it too. He was correct and I was disappointed to find out that it's actually an add-on for $18 and the gal on the phone was wrong. So embarassing!!! My husband chose to add it on and he had 3 beers so he made it worth it.

It wasn't what I saw on the TV show, but what can you do? The all you can eat lobster was good! Sad that there is a shortage of crab legs, the shrimp was HUGE, the crab dip was absolutely amazing!! I would like the recipe?! Not sure if I would go back as it is pricey and they make you prepay, then charge you for your drinks, but all in all I enjoyed the experience!

My family and I went to Chicago from Miami to celebrate our wed anniversary, before I went I found this restaurant and we were super excited to eat there, we had to prepaid for their all you can eat lobster dinner, we did. We get to to restaurant we sat down our server came we had our son with us we explained to her we would pay for what he eat different, our server was Elizabeth she was NOT attentive at all she left us for looong periods of time, we would have to ask other servers to help us with what we wanted, the lobster was extremely small the food tasted stale and prepared from the day before or maybe long, for us it was NOT a good experience!! WAS NOT WORTH 300$

If you love seafood, this is a bucket list spot! From the moment we sat down, we had great service. Our waiter was friendly and definitely encouraged us to not rush. We started the meal with a crisp garlic bread along with their warm crab dip. If you wanted more carbs you can opt to eat with potato chips or use celery sticks to make sure you had room for the main course. Don't skip the macaroni and cheese or the coleslaw! These are worth saving space for. My husband went straight for the lobster-The lobster was AMAZING! We've had lobster in many different venues but Crab Sellar knows how to pair it with either their garlic butter or their unique Fresno pepper butter. The Fresno pepper butter is a must try-great flavor and not too much heat. Lastly, you can't leave without trying their coconut cake. It is definitely not a suntan lotion taste. The cake won my husband over despite him not being a fan of coconut. It was not too sweet and had just the right crunch from the coconut flakes. We'll definitely come back to this spot!

I could almost taste the food as I am typing this review. A friend of mine recommended this place to me, she had only seen this advertised on a tv spotlight. Sure enough when I was planning a trip to Chicago I had get reservations. So I stalked the website to make my reservation lol. Everything was delicious. I just wished I could keep eating. Highly recommend
