The açaí bowls are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately service at all locations except two have been terrible. The Hyde park location and Gold Coast location are my favorite. Cristiana at the Hyde park location was very helpful.Vegetarian options: There something delicious here for vegans

Bad service, lazy staff. I came in here on Tuesday March 5th around 2pm. The girl working at this time was taking a personal call behind the counter. When she sees me walk in the store she walks to the back. A few minutes later she comes back, still on the phone, and tells me this location takes mobile orders only.. I’ve been to this location since it’s opened and that’s never been the case. I left the store since making a mobile order prompts you to making an account and putting in card numbers.I decided to come back so I placed an online order for pickup around 5:30pm. I walked to the store at the estimated ready time and sure enough the girl working around this time was taking orders through the in store tablet.She ended up handing me the wrong order size/toppings…. which is exactly why I would’ve preferred to order in store.. if only I hadn’t been sent off lol. I waited almost 20 minutes for a simple order. While waiting she had to remake another patrons order and several in store orders so I just walked out and left. Won’t be coming back to this location

My first visit to this establishment and it was only 1 person working. It took her 15 min to take the in person orders because she made all the online orders first. By 10 am this location ran out of smoothies and only had bowls available ?. I have never had a acai protein bowl that the establishment just poured dry protein powder over the bowl and not blend it in the smoothie bowl. The bowls tasted like powdered vanilla . I ordered a small bowl and a 20 Oz bowl 2 the tune of $34 that weren't even palatable. Very disappointing for a first visit.

First time trying this place and I must say I am extremely impressed. The açaí bowl was sooooo good the restaurant was clean and however I did do a pickup in and out the young lady at the counter was so nice and pleasant nowadays you don’t really see or get that so great job. Definitely returning and recommending ☺️

I LOVE their açai!! Probably the best that I’ve ever had. The customizable topping options are great — I get (on a 12 or 16 oz bowl) peanut butter, chia seeds, granola, strawberries and/or blueberries and/or bananas and sometimes cacao nibs. There is usually a BOGO free on Uber Eats and that’s actually cheaper than buying in-store.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian except the empanadas.
No bashing here. Just seems like an under developed business model for a smoothie bar. No numerical information on nutritional value or actual protein content. They made the drink behind a wall, blind of the customer. And mostly of all, the drinks are packed with SUGAR and those sugar ingredients are not listed on the menu, not healthy.

Love the bowls! However, twice now I’ve had an unsavory customerservice experience. Once (8/14/23), as I was walking in, the clerk was walking across the street to grab something from the donut shop. This was after I arrived at 8:15 and was told to come back in 15 mins bc the açaí wasn’t ready yet. Today (10/13), I walk in, (mid afternoon, store is empty) and am told “they will take my order in 10 mins because there are a lot of uber eats orders ”. Then I’m told I can only receive 4 toppings on my 8 ounces bowl when the menu screen says unlimited toppings. Please hire more staff and change menu if unlimited toppings are not a thing. I will not be back.
