Will never come here again. Used to order out from here once a week because it is close to my work and loved the food. However after picking up my order one time I noticed that I was charged $10 more on my credit card than what was on my receipt. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone who gave me the email address of a manager to contact. Sent 3 different emails and never heard anything back. Terrible customer service and essentially stole money from me.

Great food! I got the bbq burger and Parmesan and cheese fries to split. If you get the share version it is perfect for 2 people. Both fries were so good! I can't wait to come back and try other kinds

We went here on the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day - despite them being understaffed, the food came out hot and fresh, the service was speedy, and everything was delicious. We had a large group (started out with 8 and grew to 12); they were very accommodating and understanding. We ordered a mix of apps, burgers, chicken, sides, and drinks! Definitely recommended the onion strings and parmesan fries to share. Everything was great; I would make an effort to go back next time I am in Chicago.

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly, the restaurant is very chill and the food is good! Melissa was our server, she made my daughter feel so good. She smiled the whole time from the attention and gentleness she showed throughout or dining experience. I would like to give a special highlight to their bison burger with blueberry bbq sauce. This might have been one of the best burgers we've had in a while. We topped it off with their incredible red velvet milkshake, we simply couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Meter parking was easy to find, there is also a nearby train station. Such a cool place to enjoy for various reasons. Not to mention, there's a full bar. This place truly won't disappoint

Wasn’t the fastest nor best service (had an issue with lack of flavor in the homemade soda, tasted like watered down fruit soda and sent it back), but the burgers were amazing, 10/10! Worth experiencing the mediocre service just to have a great burger. Would also recommend the regular brioche bun over the pretzel bun. Somehow it’s bigger and yet they charge more for the smaller pretzel bun.

Fun spot for burgers and fries. I reserved space at the Kings table but was seated at a small 2 person table instead. If you are reserving on OpenTable you may not get the table type you request. This is a relatively pricey place for burgers. They do have Happy Hour specials every day if you're looking to save money. I ordered a dirty martini and while it was well made, was missing a key ingredient - Olives! Our server also brought the wrong beer (canned instead of draft). I loved the parm fries, the large was huge. The chili is on the sweet side. Burgers are good and served with a handful of lettuce on the side. This was a fun place to try, but we won't be running back.
