Stumbled into this place and had great drinks & food! Service was great and quick. Though a little small, it is worth the wait (if you have to wait) Thank you to Pablo & Citlali who help us out tonight!

I live just down the road and love coming here often as a dependable local spot to take visiting guests to. Enchiladas are incredible and we always make sure to get the margarita pitcher - I've never had a better marg in Chicago than theirs!

Say hello to my new favorite restaurant! We live in the neighborhood and I had always wanted to try this spot if for no other reason than it's colorful signage and inviting, plant-filled patio. Myself, my mother (visiting) and partner finally had the opportunity last night when we, admittedly, stopped in for a drink while we waited for a table at another close-by establishment. We had an appetizer (queso) as well as a few rounds of sangria, and were instantly at home. The sangria was some of the best I've ever had and the queso perfectly balanced. We, perhaps even more importantly, had a beyond wonderful server that evening, JoJo. She was one of the best and most genuine out there, so we weren't lying when we told her we would be back. Fast forward to the next day, a beautiful Sunday afternoon, where we were walking up and down Southport looking for a quick bite before we hit the matinee of 'Rock of Ages' at the Mercury Theater (another Chicago icon, for another review another day), so we dropped by DT once again, and once again we had a wonderful experience. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We were looking for dinner before a movie--and found this amazing gem of a restaurant! The service was fabulous, with a relaxing and cozy atmosphere--and the food superb. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

Delicious Mexican diner in Wrigley. Quiet, almost a hole in the wall. The empanadas are some of the best I've ever had, and moreover the soup that goes with them is fantastic to use on all the rest of the dishes. The tacos and taquitos were all superb, with the only criticism being that the double tortillas add stability to the hand eating but dull out the flavor a good bit. Adding the empanada soup as a dip really brings them to perfectionMy only gripe is the price. Appetizers are running the price of almost a full meal. Even just a single set of enchiladas costs nearly $30Will definitely be coming here again regardless

A fun and vibrant place but the food and drinks (for dinner) were totally mediocre. Wish I could agree with the other reviewers, but I really that the cooking had no finesse.

We stopped by for brunch. We had the bread basket, chilaquiles, and pozole verde. Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful. We really enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend this restaurant,Vegetarian options: Chilaquiles are vegetarian, but you can add meat protein

What a delightful find! Had time to kill before a show at the Music Box Theatre, so we wandered in. The place was full, but the staff made us feel very welcome to wait, saying a table would soon open up - and it did! We were so pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, too! The Enchiladas de Pollo con Salsa Verde was *amazing.* Highly recommend. Generous portions too! And the paloma I got while waiting was not too sweet, actually one of the best I've ever had. I'd never been in this neighborhood before, but I bookmarked it because this place is worth a return visit!

I had eaten lunch here once before, during the summer, and it was really great. This dinner was very disappointing. Felt like we were in the way of the wait staff (going back and forth and often confused), and the food was overpriced and low quality. My short rib entree was tough and hard to chew and my partner's chicken tacos were very dry and plain. Too bad we won't be returning.

We've been walking by this place for a while and decided to check it out. Cute space. My number 1 issue was that they were out of guacamole. How can you run out of avocados? There's at least 4 markets within walking distance. Also, there are a few things on the online menu that aren't on the menu, which was disappointing. Our food was fine overall. The standouts were the empanadas and the pork tacos. I wouldn't go out of my way to return, but if someone else wanted to try it I wouldn't say no.

Didn't feel like cooking tonight so I looked up restaurants nearby. Came in and it was happy hour for 15 more minutes. Got enchiladas, carne asada tacos, and a margarita pitcher and everything was PHENOMENAL. Will definitely be back.

Nice location. The service was solid. Decent ambience. Maybe we went on an off day but we got (2) margaritas and steak and eggs. For $63 I expected them to taste much better. The margaritas were some of the worst I've ever had and the steak was flavorless. Most likely won't come back.
