Literally the cutest place I visited while in Chicago. Really yummy food and such a lovely space. The service was also excellent, has a very home-y, family vibe. I liked it so much i bought a t-shirt!

Fantastic café offering a modern take on Croatian and American classics. You will certainly feel at home in this welcoming, family-owned spot. Craving a veggie lunch that day, I opted for the lentil and barley soup along with half of the kata’s klub sandwich – stacked with veggies, including roasted butternut squash and a refreshing slaw. Everything was flavorful and super satisfying. My brother opted for the traditional cevapi sandwich. The savory sausages were excellent and came served with all the proper toppings – ajvar, clotted cream and onions. I look forward to returning and trying more items on the menu. I would definitely recommend!

Came around 1pm on a Friday, lots of people working at tables and most of the tables were full by 1:45. Caesar salad with crispy chicken is lemony and refreshing and delicious. The serving size is not very big, but everything about this dish is perfect. The breakfast sandwich was good, want to try it with a hashbrown next time. Also might add more of their sauce.

I make a point to come here every time I’m in Chicago. Their brunch is unreal - the çevapi is on the fluffiest bread with delicious cheese and red pepper spread, the pancakes are some of the best I’ve ever had, and their seasonal specials are always a delight. The team behind Doma is so kind and warm, just like the delicious beverages they make too!

I saw a video on instagram of this salad and my mouth watered so hard. I could not stop thinking about this salad and decided to give it a try today. All that to say, it was the biggest disappointment of my LIFE. I paid $24 for this salad for it to be quite literally the worst Cesar salad I’ve ever had. Pre packaged salad kits from the grocery store are better than this. The dressing was non existent, did not even taste like Cesar dressing. The greens were also wilted. If I’m paying $24 for a salad that has the name “best Cesar salad you will ever have in your life” I expect high quality and great taste. All that to say, this ruined my day. Paid so much for nothing. Didn’t even eat it. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I’d probably go back for their sandwiches since that’s what everyone was ordering, but will NEVER buy another Cesar salad. I’m mad all over again reliving that experience.

I love coffee, go to different places all over the city blah blah blah. Holy crap, best coffee and breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time.

I have wanted to visit this place for months, but it wasn’t satisfied my expectations. Overall, food was average… the butternut squash soup had watery texture and it had strong spicy flavor. I personally prefer thick and creamy soup that I can taste original ingredient, but this soup was quite opposite side. Drip coffee served in the plastic cup, cup was pretty dirty and chipped. I don’t like hot coffee served in a plastic cup. Coffee itself was a bit bitter side but I liked it. Sandwich was great and my favorite part of whole dishes was cabbage slaw, it was tasty.I visited in March, it was chilly inside of restaurant.

Waited awhile to get food and took some time to find a table, but it was well worth it. Incredible breakfast sandwich and hash brown with a cute little latte. ❤️

Don't eat here, mold and black turkey.... so disgusting and disappointing. I'm genuinely shocked.
