An order was placed On the website and the website didn't work so we refreshed it and the order was placed again so we were charged twice and still have not received any food. we've called the store more than 40 times and all they do is pick up, we can hear them talking in the background and then they hang up on us. We went back on the website to see if our order was coming and Our order has been canceled even though we were still charged twice so we tried calling again more than 40 times and each time they still picked up, we could hear them talking in the background and then they would hang up.We called another store and they tried doing the same and they had no luck. They stated the same thing that they would pick up and hang up on them. The store Location on Harlem Off of Belmont is horrible.

My order (1 medium pizza and cinnamon twists) was placed at 8:16pm. At 8:43pm, the tracker said it was ready to be picked up. I walked back into the restaurant and was told they needed 5 more mins. I could see how busy they were and just waited. I asked for an update at 9pm only to be refunded at 9:04pm because I was told they didn't know where my order was. I said I was told 5 more mins 15 mins ago, what happened to that pizza? He shrugged and said he didn't know and they could remake it or I could have a refund. I took the refund because at that point, I was no longer interested.

Applepay doesn't work, the card machine doesn't work, the girl who took my order doesn't work either. She simply left it unfinished, sat in the car and chatted with a friend. At this time I was waiting for 20 minutes. In the end, I was served by another employee, and I had to make a new order. The guy was very unhappy when he pointed out the non-working Apple Pay, card machine and the fact that I had wasted a lot of time. The service is terrible
The staff here is absolutely amazing. Their attitude is excellent. I have never run into employees who were so positive near closing. Yes I was the a****le who came in 15 min before closing. I was welcomed without any question. Two young men one Polish one Hispanic greeted me and clearly had a great work ethic.

I had a fantastic experience at Domino's Pizza today. The staff, particularly a wonderful person, took great care of my order. The pizza, a unique creation with half pepperoni and mushroom, half pineapple and ham, was made to perfection. The flavors were distinct, and the execution was flawless. I highly recommend this location for their attention to special orders. Perfect!

terrible service. my friends and i were on hold for 40 minutes before they had even answered. also called on 2 phones just in case one was answered first and we didn’t get an answer until we called on a third phone. we then proceeded to order two pizzas but after we placed our order we realized we forgot to get some ranch, so we called back. we were waiting for them to answer for about 20 minutes and the entirety of that wait they were picking up and putting us back on hold over and over again, but our food got here first and they still didn’t pick up. they then proceed to get our order almost completely wrong. terrible service and the foods not even that good. this location is a thumbs down for me.
