The staff at this location is ridiculously unprofessional. They do everything and anything to not take accountability. The picture below is what showed up by delivery and then the replacement took almost 2 hours to show up and I had to get into an argument with the manager about how long it was taking. I could hear the staff yelling profanities in the background about me so obviously I didn’t want anything that was cooked by those people but the manager refused to refund me. I didn’t even eat the replacements I just threw them out. Also I see the owner leaving responses with an email you can contact him but don’t bother because the manager gave me that same email and it’s been over a week and there has been no response from the owner.

Ordered and hour ago still haven’t received my food. The tracker says they’re still in the process of making it. Why do you give an estimate time if you can’t deliver on it. Called multiple times and was hung up on immediately. I just want a refund.Update: tracker said estimated wait time was an hour received it 1 hour and 30 mins later

Honestly we have been ordering from this location for over 10 years. My mother does not speak English and the fact that they have so many bilingual workers is amazing. Every single time my mom calls to place an order it doesn’t matter who answers they are always so patient with her and explain all the coupons and never have an attitude with her (she tends to ask a lot of questions since she forgets things easily)Even their delivery drivers are polite and always have a great attitude when delivering the pizza. Great job guys ❤️

I think this is the worst Dominos I've ever ordered from. I totally avoid it but it's the closest to me. I way prefer the one closer to Rockwell and Fullerton but it won't deliver to me as we're too far.

No one uses gloves or hair nets while preparing your food..The cashier took my order, after exchanging money. She proceeded to fix my pizza without washing her hands..
Very rude nasty attitude. Can’t believe they gave me the wrong pizza and I literally stated no sauce. For my chicken pizza. I go home thinking no sauce I eat the pizza and it had my stomach burning……. I called to let the store know and the lady whom. Took my order got on the phone and said.””” I TOOK YOUR ORDER… I said yes and you gave me the wrong Pizza!!!!! I asked for no sauce and I also asked for. Which of the chicken pizza’s had no sauce because I was not sure…. This was only my second time coming to Dominos and my last especially this location……. I never got treated so wrong for a mistake a co worker made…….. unbelievable treated me very bad! She stated the store owner doesn’t want a headache with me. I could not believe my ears… yelling at me where I had to yell back and tell her whom does she think she’s talking too I was a paying customer. That didn’t deserve this treatment. Then she hung up the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION….. bad customer service………. I wish I could give NO STARS (0)

I always order from this location because I love the flavor and the service you guys offer. Last night I ordered for delivery and they gave me wrong pizza twice. I don't really was angry about it I Just called again letting them know. The lady was extremely kind, she apologized and sent me the correct pizza and gave me a discount cupon for next purchase. I have to say THANK YOU because It was an excellent customer service the way you guys handle it was incredible. I really appreciate.

My partner just had the worst delivery service where all she wanted was a no contact delivery. Instead she had to tell a person 3 separate phone calls to make it a no contact delivery. There should have been no confusion as I know for a fact that the house numbers were clear to the street. The person even attempted to enter through the side gate. Before attempting to leave it on the porch. Never have I been so infuriated by someones actions.
