The Beef and Chicken Patties are great and very flavorful. The Jerk Wings, the meat was good and juicy but what was absent was the Jerk flavoring. It was more akin to a random Chinese restaurant fried chicken flavor. That's my only gripe, so for that I would never order Jerk Wings from here but most definitely the Patties had all the right seasoning.

I was in anticipation of good authentic carribeen food. This is not the place. Let's begin with NO customer service. Sit down order online, no drink service, no one speaks or provides quality service. Food, let's say hot pocket and frozen dinner quality. Terrible! The patty lacked flavor. Wings fried to hard and dark with NO Jerk seasoning. Frozen fries and canned corn at best. Very disappointed !!!!! We asked about water the supposed waitress pointed and mumbled there is a dispenser up front. Smh there was literally no one else there besides me and my mate. Not being from Chicago , unsure if this was an expected culture, but very disappointing and lack luster.

No one greeted us upon entering and when someone did they told us to order from the QR code. We ordered and paid and after 10 minutes they said they didn’t receive the order so I had to order again. I showed him where the funds came out of my account and his response was “it isn’t in my system”. Now, I have to dispute with my bank and never received any food. I’m showing you where the funds came out and he continued to say “I see but I don’t see on my end”.Horrible customer service and we drove 45 minutes to try this place.

Food is very good, especially the hen and coco rice. Festival is the best I’ve had outside of Jamaica. Service has always been very friendly and the inside has always been clean. Definitely would recommend, especially if you’re looking for something besides fast food and fries.

PSA Vegans! Check to see if they have the jack fruit available. Drove all the way to the restaurant to find out they were out for the evening of the only vegan option in the menu. Very disappointed

Absolutely fantastic! The vibe of the restaurant was great and the service was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the chicken wings which, and I don't say this lightly, was some of the best chicken I've ever had. So juicy and flavorful with some really yummy sides. I was disappointed that the restaurant was almost empty, and I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

This was the most amazing resteraunt I’ve ever been to. There was some stuff out of stock but the stuff I tried which was multiple rounds of different variety’s of everything and it was all phenomenal. The staff was so kind and chill and the vibes were just too good. Definitely recommend this place for anyone that has ever been to Chicago. The salmon taco was so fantastic I can’t even contradict it.
Both the Veggie and Beef Patties were excellent! The Coco bread was excellent as well.
