Horrible experience today.The owners have better customer service then the actual employees the lady who greeted me at the window was very nice and helpful.The girl they placed to answer the drive thru needs help with her listening skills.I was charged more and still didn't add cream and suger.

Wanted to pick up some Hash Browns and went to eat em only to find out they were overcooked and burned. They taste terrible and smell burnt! Never getting there again.

After giving this place the benefit of the doubt and going a few more times i see nothing has improved. I have received iced tea instead of Cold Brew on 3 separate occasions. The hot coffee is good once in a while only if you go early mornings.Also the surcharge for less ice is ridiculous.

Every time I come to this location my macchiatos are made to perfection! They follow my customized order correctly. I live on the southwest side and I’m truly over joyed when I get to the visit east side bc I know I’ll have a great coffee made for me !!

Please Don’t spend your money here!! Horrible service and not very speedy. This store also doesn't support our local United auto workers 2023 strike currently going on, the same people who brings in business every morning and before every shift. Don’t spend your money here especially if you have union brothers and sisters!!!!!

Stop here all the time. Only thing bothers me is they charge for Chiraq. Of course Chiraq has to have their dirty mitts in everything. Considering finding some other place because of that.

Longtime resident of the East Side and decided to try this Dunkin’ Donuts location on Avenue O for the first time. I saw a Ladies and men’s restroom and when I asked if I could use the locked restroom, I was rudely informed that restrooms were for employees only. Apparently, the customer is always wrong and unwelcome. The owner needs to reconsider if he values his customers.

When this placed open 5 PLUS Stars. Now going down quickly. Friendly quick and now that they have hired younger people you MUST check your order for everything. It wasn't like this. I get it it isn't entirely the young people fault. Our educational system sucks in this country and this is just one way we are paying for it.

Horrible place to get drinks. Every time I go here my drink is horrible and the man who work night have a horrible attitude I tired to take my drink back and get my money back I asked him then he said nothing and just took my drink & went to the back to remake it. The drink taste worse then it was before I asked if I could just get my money back and he said no. And I don’t trust drinking my drink first off because it’s nasty and second because his attitude was stank.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. First time I visited was in the drive thru. The guy BARELY spoke English but was somehow frustrated with me for even being there. Second time, I found that they won't allow PAYING CUSTOMERS to use the restroom even though they are clearly accessible. Yes they do have a sign on the doors, which you can walk up to and read. You can't open the bathroom doors because they are locked. I implore you all: Do not spend your money here. They don't care about the bad customer service they provide, do there are better places to go.

First, charging .80 for less ice is ridiculous. But, bc you guys over power the cups with ice we went ahead and paid for it. However, not giving me my receipt bc you didn't want me to notice you gave me incorrect change is pure theft. Then, they get mad when you ask them for the correct change.
