I literally have FOOD POISONING today thanks to this negligent coffee shop. (Mocha iced coffee and a banana nut chocolate piece of bread) Today is the first day I see my kids- they're little!!- in 4 months and I'm spending the only day I have with them puking my brains out with severe stomach cramps. And yes- IT STARTED ON THE PLANE. Don't get me started on the embarrassment and everything extra staff had to do to help me. What a terrible experience... PLEASE DO BETTER!!! I'm so upset I can't take my kids out today. I'm so heartbroken!!

The guys at the counter were really kind! I was trying to pay with the many coins I still had, and since I was struggling doing so, one of the guys took a dollar from his tip box in order to pay for what I was missing. He smiled the whole time and said to me: "no worries, it's only money".Since they were the only place open, they were really busy, but helped all customers kindly and efficiently. I wish I've asked their names. Gracias!!

I found out that a coffee roll is really a cinnamon roll at DD in Terminal 5 in Chicago.It was good with hot DD coffee, and they have an efficient process.

First off, there is no other coffee spot in this part of O’Hare. It’s a monopoly. This Dunkin’ Donuts is an absolute joke. Stupidly, expensive and customer service is absolutely zero. The servers don’t really speak English that well and when you ask them to repeat, they become very disgruntled and annoyed. $7.16 for a small latte. I’ll take my money elsewhere. I pray this place shuts down.

refused to give me a cup of water after a full order with a drink and food. Told me I could only get a cup of ice. So I said “okay then I’ll take a cup of ice” and he said “how about a bottle of water?” And I said “no thanks I’ll just take a cup of ice” and he went out of his way to start complaining to his colleagues who of course did not give me a cup of ice and then huddled in the far corner and ignored me
