Great iced coffee. Even better sparkly sweetie pie chatting me up behind the counter. Srsly a ray of sunshine. It’s not about where you are, it’s about how you show up, and she’s bringing the joy. I hope they’re paying her what she’s worth 5/5Parking: Good luck getting parking on the street. Def geared towards foot traffic. There are certain times that street parking is restricted. Diff times for ea diff side of the street. Also a garage maybe a valet right nearby as well. (But who’s doing that for just a coffee run??)

Poor Service for Mobile Orders at Dunkin' Donuts 555 W Lake St in Chicago As a dedicated and frequent customer of Dunkin' Donuts, I typically rely on their mobile app for quick and convenient orders. However, my recent visit to the 555 W Lake Street, Chicago, IL location left me dissatisfied. I placed a mobile order, expecting a smooth and time-saving experience, but sadly, my order was neither prioritized nor promptly fulfilled. Despite arriving at the specified pick-up time, my order was overlooked in favor of in-store customers who had ordered after me. What compounded the issue was the lack of responsiveness from the staff when my order was finally ready. Unfortunately, due to the unacceptable delay (over 30 minutes), I had to decline the order. To add to the frustration, the in-store staff couldn't process the refund, and I had to call customer service for assistance, further inconveniencing me. This experience undermines the purpose of the mobile app, as it was intended to make ordering more convenient, not a source of added frustration and poor service. Priority for mobile orders and in-store refund processes must be addressed to ensure a fair and efficient customer experience.

Worst staff ever! Asked for an extra large cup because the large cups LEAK and the young black dude said he’d charge me for an extra large cup regardless. Never happened to me at any other Dunkin’ !!

friday december 2 at 9:15 am the person working the register had a real nasty attitude for no reason, struggled to take my order, and it made me miss the usual kid I see working here. The person making my drink was lovely though.

Shout out to the young man working Sunday morning by himself, had a huge stack of orders and remained positive and helpful despite having to take everything on (cashier and order prep) by himself with no help. Hard work deserves recognition

The mixed reviews surprise me; I don't go to any coffee shops as much as I did pre-COVID, but, the times I do go to this location - EVERYONE, is SUPER NICE! I was there last week and I said to them that whenever I walk in, that I need to remember to come here more often!
