The employees at this Dunkin Donuts are truly the best. They are all so nice! They never get my order wrong. They always greet me, ask about my day, I'm even on a first name basis with one of the employees! Manisha is great, fast and courteous. Keep it up guys!!! :)

I love this Dunkin so much. The employees are always super friendly and they make my coffee perfect every time (I like to do weird modifications). They are really fast too, especially compared to a certain coffee chain across the street with their 25 minute wait. Coming here is the highlight of my day!

I went to this Dunkin' and I had a QR Code to get a free coffee with a purchase. I talked to the cashier and asked to use the QR Code. He said I need to order something with it, and I asked for a minute so i could think. He walked away, and when he came back I ordered a hashbrown. I didn't know how to get the QR Code to register, so I asked him. "Do I show you the QR Code for the coffee?" And he said yes and everything was cool, he scanned my code. The register said 1 hashbrown and a coffee. I go to grab my order, and I ask, "where's my coffee I ordered?" And he said "you only ordered a hashbrown." I said, "sorry, but I just used a code to get a coffee with a purchase on Monday (that day)" he said, "no, i'll show you the receipt." He showed me and I said, "I showed you the code to get my coffee with the purchase, that was the point, sir." He said, "you have to tell me you want the coffee" when I specifically asked him if I could scan the code for the coffee + purchase. He started getting defensive and I honestly was trying not to cry, and I actually did after I left. (Not about the coffee, more about how rude he was) I didn't want to argue with this guy anymore, so I just said, "okay, I get it, thanks." And I left. Listen to your customers I beg of you. This was a continuous 7 minutes, no one was ordering between him walking away and me ordering the hash brown. There is a nice lady there though, but this guy didn't listen to me at all.

Ive been coming here for a week and a half everyday due to a route change of mines . i normally go to another Dunkin that's closer by Me. the service was really good until the young lady at the register didn't give me back my change nor my receipt. i didnt notice it until i pulled off i gave her $5.77. the coffee is $2.77 now I'm not making a big deal about $3 it's the principle of no one wanted to listen to what had happen . They kept giving me the run around as if no one could handle the situation and give me my change back. I ask for a manager and i was told he's out of the country for a month. it's just not professional and it look as if the team don't know how to take action once a small problem occures . How would they know how to handle a big problem if it had transpired . speaking from a professional business owner myself . I won't be back to this location at all nobody takes consideration into the customer .

Needed 2 dozen donuts. Left another Dunkin Donuts because they barely had donuts and no variety, at 11:00 AM on a Friday morning. This location had variety and quantity. They gave me an extra donut, put the two boxes in a bag without prompting and insisted I take napkins which they retrieved for me and have me a huge stack of. It’s the customer service for me.

This is by far the best Dunkin’ location in the Chicagoland area and that is by no means an exaggeration. The employees are all so professional, courteous, and extremely thoughtful. The employee Sundar is such a delight that he makes coming to this specific location a treat. He not only ensures our orders are always accurate, but he strives to always provide exceptional customer service each and every time. I highly recommend this location and will continue to spread the word on how amazing this team is!
