Drive thru service before 6am is very slow and often give me the wrong coffee. Depending which girls are at the window I see them playing with their phones standing around and not attending to their customers. If you can see cars in the drive thru before you turn into the lot, go to another DD or you will be sitting awhile.

Worst customer service. Didn't listen at all. Got my order wrong so of course I let them know, they proceed to give attitude and my correct order and of course it's ALL sugar and horrible tasting so great, thanks for that! Horrible service and horrible coffee

Absolutely everyone in there has an attitude. They're always out of something. I shouldn't be called a bitch when I'm not cursing or calling you out of your name. "I'm not gonna argue". But nobody was arguing. Overall the service sucks.

Young girl at register asked four times if we ordered one or two drinks the one making the drinks made our drinks wrong two times and lied about how she made it the first time we had to go back around the drive thru and the second time made it completely wrong all while having a completely lost look on her face worst dunkin

After reading the reviews and my personal experience, this has to be the worst dunkin location i have visited. The problem is the wait time, the employees not acknowledging the customer and the rude attitute. Arianna took my order in the drive thru, i heard her said "go head", so i start my order then she yells "hold on", she made me wait, no apology, then i head to the window and i see her taking her sweet time. Comes to the window no words spoken just attitude, she did not apologize, did not greet me, did not say my total, did not say thank you. Nothing. My caramel iced crazed latte does not taste right. I will not return to this location.I also tried doing the survey to let them know my experience but my survey code does not work and I can't get the "Store (PC)" correct.Hopefully people read reviews before going there.

The girl taking orders at the drive-thru does not pay attention, she gave me the wrong size of the drinks and when I paid she gave me a different total of 10 dollars I asked and she corrected the amount.

Good morning, the truth is, I don't know how you manage to hire your workers today, when I ended up leaving this store and when I entered, it took almost 5 minutes to wait and the lady who came out did not even greet me courteously with a face that I'm bothered by, that attitude is non-existent for customers. good for a delicious coffee and start a day that the commercials they put on are not good for training your staff
