The Guys There Are really aggressive especially the one with the kiss tattoo on his neck he says his name is damien but that’s probably a lie so i walked in going straight to the washroom before i could even get half way there they weee screaming at me we don’t have any public restroom so i told them you don’t even know if i’m coming to the counter after i had to use the washroom and their customer skills should be better and then damien yelled at me so what don’t come back in here we don’t care so i said i’m going to call in on you he said he didn’t care call nothings going to happen to me and this happend yesterday around 3 or 4 he need to be fired asap with that aggressive attitude and the only reason why he calmed down was because my co worker who was a man stepped and said something who was at the counter at the time can some please get back to me on this matter please and thank you !

They’re listed as 24 hours yet no one answered for min. I went to the drive through window no answer and the front door as well there was an another customer. Terrible customer service and it was only near 10pm.

The lady that’s always there in the morning with the nasty attitude needs to be sent to another location again . She’s always having convos with her coworkers while handing hot coffee out of the window without looking. 50+ and fixing coffee is not a flex ma’am. Please fix your attitude and customer service skills.

I will never understand coffee shops that don’t have restrooms available for customers. Coffee is literally a diuretic and makes you go to the bathroom. No bathroom, 1 star.

I probably should’ve read the reviews because if I did I would’ve known this Dunkin’ Donuts is a dumpster fire. They don’t make the food correctly or the drinks, the customer service is a hot 0 and the bald headed girl on drive thru needs her last grass PATCH of hair on the top of her head ripped out for how consistently rude she is to customers. Don’t come here , support your local coffee shops or risk your morning being ruined !

The men who was working the drive thu in the morning tried to get me for $17.50. Long story short, he gave me a medium coffee and I gave him a $20.00 dollar bill. Why he only gave me back $1.50? So I had to sit there into a manager got there to give me my money that he tried to take from me.

I was redeeming points for an order of Lil' Dunkin' Minis Treats (3 donut holes). The owner rang up & bagged a full order (5 donut holes). When he scanned the qr code & realized it was for an order of 3, he reached his hand in my bag, took out 2 donut holes, THREW THEM IN THE GARBAGE, then gave me the bag. When I questioned him abt throwing food away rather than just letting me have them, his response was "This is my job. Let me do my job." Shows how much he thinks of his customers. This Dunkin'Donuts location no longer exists to me, and I would recommend that it doesn't exist to you either. I understand he owns another location. I'm doing research now to find out which one(s) because those won't ever get my business either.
