I went through the drive through and the person taking orders had the worse attitude. That person made me feel rushed and didn’t even order everything I was originally going to. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and they didn’t even put the sausage on my sandwich.

The Dunkin donuts located at 1465 W 95th St has the worst manager ever she is African American and stated to me that it didn't matter who I contacted she was not going to refund my money for a drink that my niece purchase and was not don't properly and she went on to say that she should have brought it back I told her we tried to call the number below and it didn't work and then she said yeah I know so then I asked how was she supposed to let you know when the number was incorrect/not working I went on to tell her that a complaint was placed with the corporate office and she basically said she didn't care because the complaint was gonna be forwarded to her and that she still would not give the refund I'm requesting my refund for the drink purchased and to let you all know if the arrogant mean and absolute disrespect from this girlHow she became manager is far beyond the imaginableI'm asking for corporate to make this right and give me my money back 17739418586

They overcharge more than any other Dunkin in the area, they are open 24 hours on the drive through but don’t have any options late night besides iced coffee.

I had 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps and a Boston cream donut. They were all delicious. The 4 star rating is based on having bathrooms that are not accessible to the public.Honestly, I did not ask. Perhaps I would have been allowed to use them.Hopefully, these pandemic rules can be removed.Overall, great. It's just one nagging glitch.

Hi I went in today to place an order and my 5 year old daughter had to use the restroom and the two lady that was working this morning told her No. It clearly has a Public restroom sign up I didn’t even want to make an purchase any more it was the way they said it I will never spend my money In an establish like that. Rudeness gets you no where. Never again.

The breakfast sandwiches we got were really good, the bacon was super crispy and the hash browns never disappoint, but the 2 iced coffees tasted like sugar and water with a tiny splash of coffee.
