My two most recent visits to this location the young woman messed up on both of my drinks. Before she corrected my orders, she argued with me. That is so unprofessional. Whoever the manager is at this location really needs to have a talk with her/his staff.

Food was cold in the middle and hot on the outside. And I also ordered more than one thing in each item was still cold in the middle. Customer service was terrible. I asked if I could have a refresher and if they still had the option for coconut milk and the employee said you don’t see it on the menu do you? Well, I am not the one that gets up to clock in and work here so I wouldn’t know. I should have known that the food quality was not going to be good based off the customer service. 0/10 do not recommend this location.

Mercedes took care of me and I ordered the banana split....she made it look sooooo beautiful and most importantly she was very professional and kept smiling ?
Absolutely ridiculous. The workers know nothing about a simple latte. I paid $20 for ONE latte. I wanted an oat milk latte with 5 shots, they charged me for the latte and 5 additional shots. I tried to explain that that’s wrong because of the base latte shots are not extra. The manager told me that it is right because a large only comes with one large shot of espresso (what?) and only refunded me one shot after arguing for 5 minutes. I will never come to dunkin again. Every time this happens. A simple latte they cannot even make right…embarrassing.

If one orders coffee one can get a donut for $1. I had to request my receipt and coffee was luke warm by the time I was driving off. I used to go to this Dunkin daily prior to work. I had not been to Dunkin in awhile. Next tim I go, I will use my coupon or app to order.

Honestly I only go here because it’s near my house but this is not a great location. They don’t listen to you when you order and when you correct them. They have an attitude. I mean every single time I come they get my order incorrect. I order the same thing each time. I speak clear . They repeat the order and still mess up! Please train your workers or hire people who speak better English . They also stage iced coffee to help them move fast but by the time you get it the coffee is watered down. Worst location ever
