They may not always get your drink / food perfect but I will never not come to this location. I love how festive they get with the ambiance. Especially for Halloween! In addition, service is most always speedy with a higher than average quality / accuracy rate (speaking from other Dunkin' Donuts experiences).

Convenient location, clean, and friendly staff. The hot coffee is actually very warm - the right temp. The only thing I would try to fix would be the wait when busy, especially in the morning. All things considered, it’s my favorite and go to DD
The old man who works in the afternoons is very rude, he doesn't know how to treat people, I don't know why they have him there, I don't think I buy anymore

You should put at least 6 -7 minutes aside if you have a simple order like a medium hot coffee. It took about 7 minutes for the cashier to understand that I wanted a medium hot coffee w caramel. When I asked him to leave room for cream that took another 5-6 minutes. He had no idea what I meant. If you have 15 minutes to order and wait for a dunkin coffee then this is the place for you. If you are expecting to wait a normal amount of time for a coffee then go elsewhere.
