My experience at this location wasn’t the best. Took over 20 mins to bring out 3 hot drinks to our table, 1 of which(a dirty chai latte) was incorrect and had whole coffee beans in it, also my order came out incorrect twice.

Don’t even waste your time. Food was terrible for both of us. I ordered a traditional breakfast and it was cold, the bacon was stale and hard. The eggs were cold with no flavoring. Potatoes it comes with were dry and lacking flavor. So bland. The worst breakfast I’ve had in a very long time.INCREDIBLY overpriced for what you get.

Fast service, when you wanted something new after receiving service, I had difficulty reaching the waiters, I had to get up and ask. It may also be due to weekend busyness. The avocado with salmon could have been better with a little more lemon. Salmon has average taste.Portions are large.Breakfast with Rishi tea was a pleasure for me. It would also be wonderful if it were served in a thinner mug or cup, or in a glass product that can preserve the temperature of the tea so that we can drink it while seeing its color.I came to Chicago for the first time andA poem by poet Cemal Süreya is as follows:"I don't know what you think about eating. But breakfast must have something to do with happiness."I'm happy.

My fiancé and I were recently in town for a convention. We saw this breakfast place as close by to walk to so we did. I will say the good things were the atmosphere and the food. The home made jam and cream cheese bagel was WONDERFUL. Our service on the other hand not so much. Our server did not pay much mind to us and I had to get up and get someone else to help us with cups and silverware. I asked for some lemons and i was only brought 1 when 4 people asked for water with lemon. Prices were okay. I would definitely come back to this place if I visited!!Parking: You need to walk to this location from the parking garage that is not far from the establishment

Ok SO GOOD!One of the best breakfast/ brunch spots I've ever eaten at. The place is kept warm and the meals are also warming.I ordered the spicy hash with plant-based sausage and a cinnamon roll. The hash was actually spicy and the melty cheese and options for plant-based sausage was a good surprise. The cinnamon roll was a bit disappointing as it was too dry and not sweet enough, but it looked great.Service was excellent and just everything about this place was great.

Just a great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Great price too! I'd definitely come back!Dietary restrictions: They have a whole gluten free menu!

Went in on a Sunday and the place was packed which is fine, but they told us 15-20 minute wait. We waited and it was actually 30 minutes to then be seated at the BAR. Like I would have never waited that long to sit at the bar. Regardless we stayed and the service was terrible. Sassy attitude and not attentive at all. The food was good but I wouldn’t deal with all that just for the typical food you can get at any nice breakfast spot in Chicago.

Warmed over ingredients at the lunch hour is unacceptable. Never had that happen at an Egg Harbor in suburbs.

Before I say anything negative, let me just say that every time I dine in here, I have had great experiences. This review is specifically for their takeout. The last couple times we have ordered takeout from them, it’s been pretty disappointing. My husband ordered a customized omelette with added ingredients (cost extra) and they barely put any ingredients. It’s disappointing that we paid extra for the ingredients and they were barely noticeable. The last couple times I ordered from them, they forgot to put English muffins, jelly or both. Ok I know it doesn’t seem that big of a deal (which is why I didn’t say anything until now) but if you actually put the muffins and jelly in the description as a part of the meal, I think you need to make sure to include them. I even put a reminder in the note section and they still missed it.Again, I do love the atmosphere and the service when I dine in. All the waiters I’ve had there were very helpful and pleasant.
