Literally the best breakfast I’ve ever been, very affordable, comfortable, great service, the only suggestion I have is expanding the menu, overall I will give this an A-Parking: Free parking on the side streetKid-friendliness: Kids menu available, coloring paper and crayon available.

1-7-23 SUNDAY MORNING WENT WITH MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER AROUND 11:35am. SAT DOWN AND WAITED TO GET OUR ORDER TAKEN, THE BUS BOY CAME AFTER 5min. JUST TO DROPPED US OUR WATER CUPS, MY WIFE ASK HIM IF WE CAN GET COFFEE AND HIS REPLY THE WAITER WILL COME IN A BIT TO TAKE YOU ORDER, OK MY WIFE SAID SO WE WAITED ALMOST 10min. MORE WHEN A PARTY OF 6 PEOPLE SAT RIGHT ACROSS FROM US AND BAM BY MAGIC A WAITER APPEARED TO TAKE THEIR ORDER, RIGHT AWAY SHE BROUGHT THEIR WATER AND COFFEE SHE LOOKED OVER AT OUR TABLE AND LEFT. WE STILL WAITED THINKING SHE OR SOME ONE ELSE WOULD COME BY US TO TAKE OUR ORDER BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED WE MUST OF WAITED 10min MORE AGAIN WHEN MY WIFE AND I DECIDED TO WALK OUT AND LEAVE THE PLACE. NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL A VERY BAD EGGSPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE??‍♂️ FELT DESCRIMINATED

Nice local place, friendly service. I always order the Tommy Skillet . However, I'm noticing a trend. The Skillet is becoming smaller in portion size each time I visit.12/21/23 Craving pancakes, stopped by. Ordered the Tommy skillet. The pancakes were good. Eggs good. That skillet was hard to eat. Everything tasted like leftover scraps. The potatoes were terrible. Smh

The vegan omelette was tasty enough, but the fried potatoes could have been even tastier next to it. The salmon sandwich was incredibly delicious, I have never eaten such delicious salmon before. the desserts leave much to be desired, if it weren’t for the delicious omelette and salmon, I would give it 3 points. waffles and pancakes tasted like regular bread, it felt like I was eating bread with caramel honey. the waiter was very polite, and the employee who greets the guests was very rude and unfriendly.

Not lying food is good and the atmosphere feels cozy. But we had to call the waitress several times, they forgot to bring essentials at our table such as coffee, straws, kids menu or water for little one, the toast of our food order, etc etc. service was slow and the restaurant wasn’t that busy during our stop. Also I asked more than two times to different servers for a high chair and I was ignored until they saw me struggling with my impatient toddler but they took their time.

The two ladies were not treating us well and they’re disrespectful and didn’t even smile or welcome us, didn’t even put the food gently but rather throwing it!

My recent experience at the Eggsperience location left me with a bitter taste, a stark contrast to the hopeful memories from the Irving Park branch. Against my instincts, I stopped by after a meeting, a decision I soon regretted.Upon arrival, the restaurant seemed steady but not busy. Unfortunately, the service was far from satisfactory. We had to flag down someone to seat us, and the server, who clearly didn't want to be there, rushed me through the ordering process. While everyone has bad days, the overall vibe was dismissive and left much to be desired. The atmosphere inside was as uncomfortable as the service. The AC was on full blast, making it feel like Antarctica, an odd choice given the mild weather. To add to the disappointment, there was only one server, exacerbating the already strained situation. The culinary experience was equally disappointing. The Crepes and Vanilla Latte were downright unpleasant. The latte tasted like it was drowning in sugar, and the crepes seemed to have taken a dip in dirty mop water. The one saving grace was the fantastic steak, but it couldn't salvage the overall experience. What further soured the visit was the attempt to place an additional order, met with a waitress displaying a bad attitude. Opting for the check, I discovered an 18% gratuity already added. As a customer, the choice of tipping should be mine, not enforced, especially in the face of subpar service.Despite the restaurant being understaffed, I believe customers should not bear the brunt of the server's frustrations. The waitress failed to return after dropping off the check, forcing me to flag her down after a ten-minute wait, despite the lack of a bustling crowd. In hindsight, I should have heeded my inner voice, which warned me against stopping by. This location was a letdown, and I won't be returning. The Irving Park branch, however, will continue to receive my patronage, as they understand how to satisfy their customers. The disparity between the two locations is stark, and unfortunately, this particular Eggsperience failed to live up to its name.

The overweight lady with glasses is rude to customers and employees. There was one time a Hispanic waitress had messed up my drink and asked me if I could please disregard it because the manager (the lady with glasses) would get mad. I agreed because I’ve seen on several occasions how she isn’t very friendly. Today, I sat myself down because she was attending a big group of people. I didn’t want to rush her so I sat and waited for 10 minutes. I could see that she saw me but she continued to ignore me which I assume was because she was upset I sat myself. She finally came up to me and asked me if I was dining in and she said it with an attitude. I politely told her yes and she sighed and rolled her eyes and got the menu. Then she proceeded to toss it on the table. I got up and told her that I was good and walked out. Will not be coming back. I don’t know if she’s the manager or the owner but she has to get her attitude in check. You guys are losing business, customers, and employees because of one individual.

I had the chicken and waffle.I was disappointed the wafle was served with the syrup already on the waffle, and it was dry.The orange juice is not fresh squish. The side of potatoes was like a rubber.

First time here for me and my Cousin. We really enjoyed the food. Our server was really nice, polite, and very attentive to use. Coffee was nice and hot. They hostess greets you soon as you enter. We will be returning. Place was nice and clean.
