An amazing hidden gem in the heart of Albany Park! There are few Colombian restaurants in Chicago, but this one competes to be on the top. The arroz paisa is a pleasure if you are a meat lover. The arepas are huge and delicious. Portions are what you pay for. Bring an appetite!

The service was good. Located on a busy commercial street but parking was easy. It’s BYOB and there was karaoke going on which was a little awkward when trying to enjoy a calm meal. Water was brought out at room temperature and no ice offered. The food LOOKS amazing but was disappointing in flavor. Every piece of this traditional Colombian plate was bland and flavorless. The amount of salt required to make this enjoyable was disturbing. I have had incredible Colombian food in the past so I know the standard and this was not it. Maybe other plates are better but I won’t take the chance of being disappointed again.
