This was my first time going, and all I can say was the food was absolutely amazing. The burgers were awesome. I got a BYOB with a brioche bun, angus beef patty, cheddar jack cheese, and epic sauce. It was fantastic. My fiancé really liked it as well. The staff were friendly. Even though the food was slower to come out, it’s not like a fast food restaurant. They actually take the time to cook your food. Not to forget that their fries are huge (and very good). The only thing is their fountain drink cups are pretty small, but if you sit in, you can just refill your cup. The store was very nice. Just a really great place to eat.

A really underrated burger and fries!!! Would definitely eat there again!!!
Very disappointed. Definitely not worth the price. Still hungry after my farmhouse burger...twelve bucks and it had one piece of bacon on it. My boyfriend ordered a double and got his burger with one patty, but of course was charged for the double. You'd honestly be better off taking ur money elsewhere. Pretty much just an overpriced whatever tasting burger. NOT worth it.

EPIC FAIL! Needs to call themselves "Epic BLAND Burger"! The burger looked as if it was gonna be delicious but definitely left much to be desired in terms of flavoring and seasoning! It was juicy, I enjoyed the toppings and condiments that the burger inteled but that about sums it! The fries were pretty good. The so called epic sauce was ok. Again, I have yet to experience ANYTHING Epic! And I kinda just wish I had an extra pair of arms to give that burger 4 thumbs down! I kinda wanted my money back but the burger was edible... And I was hungry...

The honey hot chicken sandwich I ordered from here on door dash came literally burnt to a crisp. It was actually unbelievable. I cannot believe that someone assembled this sandwich with confidence that this is acceptable to serve to someone. I will attach a picture.

The burger was good, the bun was really dry. I recommend the fries though they were really good and Me and my girlfriend enjoyed them. I think I will come back to try other things.
Everything was great!Came in to take myself out after a stressful week.The only thing is they didn't have charger ports in the booths, so I had to charge my phone on the uncomfortable chairs in the window while I waited for the bus to come because it was snowing.But the service was amazing! A lady gave me a free cookie.

Listen to the reviews, cashier lady was super rude. I couldn’t even look at the menu without her rushing me when the restaurant was empty with zero line. Rude workers. She needs to get fired for this behavior, made me walk out without ordering.

I got the Classic Epic Butger. This burger consists of a Single Creekstone (halal) Farms Black Angus beef patty, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickle, grilled onion, and Epic sauce, served on a toasted brioche bun! It was pretty good, and the relatively cheap price didn't hurt. It's not going to be the best burger ever but if you go in with low expectations it'll be just fine. Lots of seating and they're also open relatively late for the loop which is nice. They have some amazing prices during their happy hour on Mon-Fridavs which make it a great alternative to Mcds. I especially enjoy their milkshakes, would definitely recommend picking up one too. They have multiple locations so check them out!

The food was excellent! The burgers were great. The loaded fries were very good!! The laddy taking the order was not friendly or helpful at all. I really wish I could take the tip back !! Will possibly change this review !! In the future, hopefully, the person will only have a bad day and don't reflect the values of this restaurant !!
