It was my first time coming here after hearing many great things about this place but unfortunately I was VERY disappointed in the customer service. My friends and I felt highly disrespected by the bartender and I guess the girl who keeps the bar area clean? Not sure what her purpose was but I assumed she was a bartender because she was behind the bar serving customers water however she was disrespectful and gave me attitude and told me she wasn’t a bartender and that they didn’t have what I had POLITELY asked for. Anyway as my friends were asking about the general prices for their drinks, the cleaning girl was making faces at the bartender as my friends were talking to him. After that the bartender continued to give us attitude. My friends and I all got the same drink however the bartender served mine in a smaller cup which I thought was weird but whatever. Overall the girl and the bartender were highly disrespectful and I will not be coming back here

Never had such a negative experience at a bar. Estereo’s staff is the worst I’ve experienced. They are rude, angry, pushy, and truly don’t care about customers (our bartender literally used the phrase “I don’t care” when we said the drinks tasted off). Bouncer is a total jerk. My friends and I have had issues with staff every time we go here. We’ve given this place three chances and leave disappointed every time. Miserable staff, miserable establishment. Also the bathrooms are beyond disgusting.

If I could give zero stars I would they were beyond rude, to the point that when we ordered our first round ($200 worth) we asked for there name and the man said "my name is bartender". We ordered a couple more rounds and decency and we were on a girls day trying to have fun. I will say the place was gorgeous and most of the people were great. BUT, even the regulars were apologizing for our experience. THE DUDE IN THE WHITE SHIRT who was a bartender acting as if he was security " on 4/21/24 was the biggest douche bag. My group tried to leave but the man in the white shirt grabbed a lady in the group and caused a scene saying we were in the wrong. I for sure won't be back there.

Saturday 03/16 The bartender was a tall girl she was mean to us. She was unpleasant. I don’t understand how they are on Costumer Service. She was also looking bad at us because we couldn’t tip. The drinks were not good for the price.I’m Latina and i can tell the ambience is great, very nice music but nobody dances. Don’t come here to dance. Nobody dances!

I've been maybe 3 times. Service ranges from acceptable to pleasant, but always a tad slow.Cocktails are good. Simple and fun.Spirit selection is fantastic, and the bartenders seem to know their stuff.Music choice is immaculate and creates a nice atmosohere. Can be a little loud for me, but I might just be old.Kid-friendliness: Not for kidsWheelchair accessibility: All seating is high up in the winter, and it gets crowded inside. You might have better luck when the patio is open.

Really wanted to try the drinks out but unfortunately the service was terrible. Came in with a group celebrating a birthday and sat at the bar. Wasn’t too busy but sat there patiently waiting for the bartender (any of 3) to come up and get our drink order. Time passed and I noticed they kept looking over at us but no one would come over. After a while, both of the male bartenders made eye contact with some of us but still hadn’t came over. I had my card in plain view to signal I was ready but still nothing. More people started pouring in and everyone else was getting attended except for us. I wanted to call over any of the bartenders but felt it would’ve been rude to wave them over especially since they were getting busier. We eventually realized none of us had gotten a drink so we decided to leave. We left pretty disappointed. Honestly, I can’t recommend this bar to anyone since service was trash and never got to try a drink.Also, the bouncer was possibly the nicest person at the entire bar. He was welcoming and sweet.
Never ate here but drinks are cool. Came on a Sunday night and they had an awesome DJ playing Columbian music. ???

Nice atmosphere. Place is always busy no matter the day or time.Sad to edit, but the bartender staff has changed. They used to be friendly to regulars and locals but now there’s a bunch of new staff in their that doesn’t understand the neighborhood so well. Seems to be going the way of Federales as they get bigger.Also, they never switch up their frozen drinks. It’s February and theyre still featuring their Xmas Mexican eggnog drink. Way past time to update the menu guys.

Tbh this is a good bar with really good drinks and the bar staff are always great. However, the bouncer is so unpleasant and rude every time I’m there that I don’t go very often. Specifically, he always hassles me about my ID, even though no one else in the city ever has. Every time I give him my ID he throws it back at me and just says ‘I need ID this isn’t ID’. I of course explain to him that it is indeed government issues photo ID. Which it is. I think his issue is that it’s Canadian? I explain this to him but he doesn’t let me get two words in before shouting ‘I NEED ID THIS ISNT ID’ and telling me to leave. Twice he’s actually allowed me in and both times he’s so condescending about it I almost want to leave. I would be here a lot more often if you got a different bouncer.
