Great atmosphere, the coffee is great as well. The service is awfully slow though.

Awful. Beautiful gear, but the coffee that comes out is made with zero care and attention. Flat white was ashy, filter tasted like cardboard. Baristas didn't know (or care) anything about the coffee they were brewing.

Some times I find myself getting on the Brown Line just so that I can come downtown and get a cup of the best tea I have ever tasted, the Turmeric Ginger Latte. It's best with a white chocolate / raspberry scone. But maybe . . . , just maybe . . . , the best part of the experience, and the real reason I keep coming back, is because of the staff, especially Ebony. Always interested in my life, and in making sure I get what I came for, she makes my day a whole lot better.Yeah, I love the tea, but this is why I come back.

Wanted a drink on the way to the park, so tried this place. I had heard they had hot chocolate. Didn't see it and asked about it, was told yes, they do. For $7 I think I got some chocolate syrup in warm oat milk. Probably should have gotten decaf instead... I wish the barista could have just told me what it was

Great local coffee shop! A must before or after a visit to Grant / Millenium Parks!
If you care at all about coffee, don't go here, especially in the mornings. No attention to detail whatsoever: they don't clean the portafilter, they don't weigh the grounds, and they burn the milk.

Below average over extracted coffee. Place is kind of shoved into extra space in a hotel entrance.
