Sometimes the people you have on fries do not know how to cook them— today I brought fries and they were burnt and before they were cooked to hard - there should be training on cooking fries — everyone should be on the same page.

This Five Guys is very hectic to get into? Because parking is nowhere to be found. It's on a very busy street in downtown Hyde Park. With that said, when we got back to the car. With our order, we found that they had forgotten to include our cajun fries.

I love a Five Guys hamburger and fries. It it always a decent size and the closest thing to the hamburgers I use to get after school. The place reminds me of the little spots we use to go to after school!

If you want a delivery from this place, THEY GIVE YOU ANYTHING BUT YOU ORDERED. I ordered bacon cheeseburger with regular fries just today, and they sent me fried chicken???? And they told me they gonna refund me in 3 or 5 days!!!!. Horrible customer service. Piece of sht honestly. Never gonna ask from this address ever again!. When they have to charge you of course they're fast as hell!!, but when they made a mistake they don't give a fk. Horrible experience.
