I love this corner bar. Wings, fries and nachos are delicious. Cold beers. Casual atmosphere.PS- not an espresso martini type of bar. And leaving a bad review because of that is ridiculous.
My favorite local place for wings. Some of the best in the area. Local pub and a has a classic Chicago feel. The crowd isn’t loud and differs from a lincoln park pub for just that reason . Easy walk and parking and cold High Life. One of my go to’s for years.

Great vibes for bears games but dont really seem to care about other sports (came to watch a bulls game and had to ask them to turn it on). Food is mediocre at best, and if you want an espresso martini.... do not get it here, just stick with basic stuff.

I’m sure the owners never read these reviews, but if they do, I hope they seriously consider getting rid of the piece of trash bartender that everyone is talking about. Mark was probably the most awful, rudest, just outright cruelest person I’ve ever met in the service industry. He was making fun of my friend so much she ended up crying in the bathroom. And for no good reason either. People are better off going to literally ANY other bar than here

Floyd's is a great neighborhood bar. Their food is very good. Their wings are good and I think their food is a step above what you might expect from a corner bar. It's clean and rarely super crowded. They have a good selection of beers. When I lived in the area I frequently came here to watch MLS games. I like the building. The corner is not busy so parking is usually easy to find. Armitage is a great street with lots of other places nearby as well.

Place has a surcharge for using credit cards, which is why I am giving it a lower rating. Food was good, service was great and it has a laid back atmosphere. But surcharges do not make sense. These should be figured into the cost of goods like any other costs of having a business.

My fiancé and I have been to this bar a handful of times, and each time we were met with awful service from the same RUDE bartender that others have mentioned in previous reviews. How has the owner not addressed this??!! Why does the owner continue to let this bartender ridicule customers and provide awful customer service time and time again???? Not to mention, the cocktails are subpar, food is subpar, and the staff filters the touch tunes music so much to only what they want to hear. We wanted to like this bar sooo bad after recently moving to this area, but there are so many other BETTER establishments out there. We will not be returning and we will be providing our service to other bars in the area instead.
