I have been able to workout here many times and everytime is always a good workout. I used to feel nervous when walking in a place like this because the ppl already know each other and know the product they buying. Well not here! Its always feel welcoming coming here to either buy product or workout. Liz's menu is so creative and tasty. My favorite shake is the strawberry shortcake and of course the mega teas. What I love about this place is that it is welcoming to kids. From their menu to the location. Highly recommend Fonseca nutrion

Li z the owner is an angel and she has great healthy items that are yummy and nutritious. The vibe is awesome and feels like home. I try to be there for Yoga at least once a week. But I even pop in just to lay on her comfy couch lol.

I love going to this Herbalife club because everyone is very good and friendly, especially the one who attends is a beautiful person.? Besides, they have Zumba at 9am? and at 6:30pm? and the ones who teach the class are a love.?Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome

I love the way they always decorate for each holiday. The balloons always makes you feel like you are just in a great mood. Plus The refreshers here are delicious and they are healthy. I would have never thought healthy can ever taste so good!

I loved my peanut butter bowl! I initially didn’t know what to get, but they have a big menu to choose from and their service was great!
There aren’t many healthy cafes/restaurants in Gage park so I was thrilled to find this place really close to home. They have a ton of options, all guilt free and loaded with protein. I got the chunky monkey protein bowl and I literally inhaled it. So delicious. It was the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter. Honestly chefs kiss! I will need to make it a weekly tradition to come by here and treat myself! I can’t wait to try more things off their menu!

Im glad to see fonseca nutrition in the Gage Park neighborhood for many reasons(probably won’t all fit). The first reason is because it has given this neighborhood a place where people of all ages can come together for an hour or so and dance, eat, drink, talk,laugh,you name it. Second reason the shakes! When one thinks of herbalife shakes one thinks what if it lacks flavor. Wrong! These shakes are so delicious you forget they are healthy. They are so well presented and are literally pouring out of the cup. All the food here is so creative and delicious! The third reason, the owner! The few times I have worked out here she makes sure you feel welcomed and not left out. That to me is ao important when someone is a journey they can be new to. Ooh and of course Mago! Her zumba class will have you sweating and you won’t notice becuase you feel like you are dancing at el baile lol ?Kid-friendliness: My two kids where able to join me for the class and afterwards had oreo shakes.
