They get my delivery order wrong every single time. Today my soup came with noodles instead of rice. Last time there was no rice. The time before that kale was substituted for rice. I don't get it.

Slowest freshii location I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to many. Please get more workers behind the counter!

They offer salads, soups, burritos and other good stuff all fresh and healthy. The staff is very friendly and always trying to give you the best service. Good quality food, I ordered the teriyaki twist bowl that was big and tasty. Will come back.

Service was good, decent prices, lots of good, fresh menu items. Their salad portion was huge, but I did not like that they do not use real bacon on the salad. They use baco bits which are full of soy and additives.

When this place first opened it was a hit. Now, new staff moves incredibly slow... slow enough to spend your lunch time waiting for for a frozen kefir. Quality has gone down and staff has no energy... today was my last day as a customer for freshii

Fresh and healthy - eat here every week

José and Ilaisiah (totally butchered that spelling) are wonderful! Amazing Kefir, and super convenient with the Ritual App. Thank you!

Food is good, little pricey

Good quality food, but the service is slow and they are constantly out of whey protein.

Love this place! They have online ordering which makes it super convenient to pre order and pick it up without waiting in line. The food is like the name, Fresh! Love the salads. They are always clean and the right amount of flavor! Can't go wrong with anything on their menu if you enjoy eating healthy!

I really want to love this place, but it's expensive and very inconsistent. My friend ordered a buffalo chix salad and it looked like a small side salad...for $10+. It was SMALL. My Buddha Satay bowl with chix was really good (not spicy though - added sriracha), but different in size, quality, and ingredients then what I have received in the past. The management needs to step up here - the long wait times after you have ordered, the portion sizes, inconsistent food quality/ingredients - there are so many quick lunch options in the Illinois Center, I guess I would come here only after being bored with the other ones - maybe once every 6 months? Not bad, but not great. Love the concept though!

This Freshii needs a lot of help in the management department. I have been about 5 times to this location, and each time my order has been incorrect when I open it up. I always ask them to read the order back, and they do, and it is correct, but when I open up the container, something is ALWAYS missing. I have given it the benefit of the doubt by coming back, and hoping for the best, but it's usually the chicken or avocado in the salad that is always missing. Those are expensive items to just leave out. Also, there was a grey piece of chicken in the last salad I got, which was truly unfortunate, as I think I am scarred from going to other Freshii's now too. Sad. This is a new location, so I think they need to work out the kinks: line flow is terrible, not enough waiting room for guests, long wait times, not enough employees working the register or the food line. All in all- it needs work.

I tried this place because it looked very interesting in my building. Wow! They have a lot of healthy options. I had the teriyaki twist bowl that was huge and so good. I will be coming back soon.

Freshii's have been popping up around this general area of the Aon Center/Pedway/Prudential Plaza like...well....organic mushrooms. This latest Freshii is in the Illinois Center, located in the storefront formerly occupied by Sbarro. There are other Freshii locations a stone's throw away; my preferred location is in the Aon Center (next to Dunkin' Donuts and Au Bon Pain). This newest location needs to work out some kinks. Specifically, there are not enough people at the cash registers (just one cashier during lunch rush) and it seems like the to-go cases are not as well stocked as they are at other locations nearby. I came in here yesterday thinking that I could pick up some of the Energii bites (think: cookie dough balls but healthy) before a workout. These should have been readily available in a case, but instead it took me standing in line, behind someone with a complicated lunch order. This location also has an odd, octagonal layout that I could see would cause traffic flow problems. I probably would go to another Freshii before I come back here, at least until some of these growing pains have been ironed out.
