Went for dinner with some friends and we all agree the food was delicious! The owner (I presume) was very friendly & accommodating to us all.Not only that, but he gave us all wraps to try as a possible new menu item ( we all say go for it, it was delicious! )Also, they make some of THE BEST tahini.Will be back for sure!
I came here with my family. The food was so good I would rate it a 10 stars, but Google only allows 5 stars max. I enjoyed the fresh tabouleh salad. It was like how my family makes it. They also serve turnips and beets, and cucumbers on or next to the hummus, and meals which was just attention to detail. The plates of food were full of food, way more than other places that serve this kind of food. The falafel was freshly fried when we got here. Wait till you try it.

Friendly staff and amazing, yummy Middle Eastern food. This restaurant is a local treasure!! Everything was very fresh and delicious. So glad to get to enjoy lunch here while in Chicago visiting family!! Reasonable prices add to the appeal.

Small, locally owned, and authentically crafted. The owner is a culinary artisan who’s dishes will make you feel like you’re home. He was such a joy to meet and had the most welcoming attitude. Was eager to explain dishes and all their ingredients. It’s easy to see how much he loves, and prides himself in what he does. We tried the shawarma, kefta, chicken, lintel soup, and salad. The flavors were wonderful and unique. Ate until full but still felt light. Very healthy and fresh ingredients. Owner uses family recipes from back home. Wonderful experience and cannot recommend enough.
