I've been here a few times. The oxtails are always a hit. This visit, I was disappointed. The oxtails were tough and they tasted different. The place is small. The cashier was average in customer service.Parking: The parking lot is very small and tight.

I was on Instagram and saw two different reviews for Garifuna Flava! One review was from Shanikkyeats and the other from CousinVinnie. Let me tell you, my husband and I wasn't disappointed! He ordered the Jerk Catfish dinner w/ the rice&beans, cabbage and plantains. I ordered the Half Jerk Chicken dinner w/ cabbage, mac & cheese, and potato salad. We also order the taste of Belize sample platter. Everything was delicious! Every dish had it's own unique flavor. The meals were generously proportioned that we were able to eat the rest later in the evening. I truly recommend that you try this restaurant asap! I give it a 10 out of 10....

My job catered a an order for Black History Month celebration, and it was fantastic - usually we have food left over, but this time- most of it was eaten! I'll have to try this place myself. We had the Rice and beans, Jerked Chicken, Cabbage / roasted veggies, and plantains. everything was good!

I ordered a Snapper dinner with 3 sides. In even called and paid the difference over the phone because i originally ordered the wrong fish via b grubhub. Spoke with a male who said he was the owner. He didn't include 2 of my sides! I'm pissed 50$ for a delivery dinner that's incomplete. I called back and he said he packed my food and forgot the sides. He different offer to credit me or anything! Just an " O well" attitude. Never ordering again from here. I'm over "support black owned businesses" for bullshit service!
